5、 流量 Flow:851940 m3/h² 扬程 Head:48360 m² 介质温度 Media Temperature:常温 Normal Temperature 803. 结构Structure 3.1结构型式: LDTN型凝结水泵是立式筒袋型双层壳体结构,首轮为单吸或双吸形式,次级叶轮与末级叶轮通用,为单吸形式。首级壳为碗形壳或螺旋壳,次级、末级壳为碗形壳;泵轴设有多处径向支承,泵转子轴向负荷可由泵本身推力轴承承受,也可由电机承受;轴封可以为填料密封或机械密封,泵转子轴系含两根轴,轴间联接为卡环筒式联轴器,泵机联接为弹性柱销联轴器或刚性联轴器联接;吸入与吐出接口分别
6、位于泵筒体和吐出座上,并呈180°水平布置(可按15°的整数倍任意变位)。Structure type: Model LDTN condensate pump is designed with vertical barrel double-layer shell structure; first stage is of single suction or double suction type; second stage impeller is in common use with last stage impeller, with single suction type.
7、 First stage shell is bowl type or screw type; second stage shell and last stage shell are bowl type; pump shaft is set with many journal bearings; axial load of pump rotor is undertaken by pump thrust bearing, which can also be undertaken by motor; shaft seal can be used with packing seal or mechan
8、ical seal; shafting of pump rotor includes two shafts, which are connected with clip ring barrel type coupling; pump and motor are connected with elastic dowel pin shaft coupling or rigid coupling; suction nozzle and discharge nozzle are located on pump barrel and discharge base respectively, with 1
9、80° horizontal arrangement (which can be changed as per an integral multiple of 15° freely). 3.2结构组成: LDTN型泵由以下几部分组成:泵筒体、工作部、出水部分和推力装置部分。Structure composition: Model LDTN pump is composed of pump barrel, working body, water discharge portion and thrust unit. 3.2.1泵筒体: 泵筒体是由优质碳素钢板卷焊制成的圆形筒体部
10、分,其一侧设有吸入法兰;泵筒体用以构成双层壳体泵的外层压力腔,正常工作时腔内处于负压状态。Pump barrel: Pump barrel is a round cylinder which is rolled and welded with good carbon steel plate; there is no suction flange at one side. Pump barrel is used for forming external pressure chamber of double-layer shell pump and pressure inside chamber
11、is negative. 3.2.2工作部: 工作部用多级叶轮同向排列构成的泵转子和在其外围形成导流空间的导流壳组成。Working body: Working body is composed of pump rotor that is made up of multi stage impellers in same direction and diversion shell that is used for forming guide flow space around the impellers. ² 泵转子由叶轮、泵轴、键、轴套等件组成。Pump rotor is compo
12、sed of impeller, pump shaft, key and shaft sleeve and etc. ² 叶轮是将原动机的能量转换成泵送液体能量的核心元件。Impeller is core component that is used for converting energy of primer to energy delivering liquid. ² 泵轴既做为叶轮的载体,又传递着转子的全部负荷。Pump shaft is both used as impeller carrier and for delivering full load of ro
13、tor. ² 导流壳的作用是以最小的损失将流出叶轮的液体导向后均匀地进入下一级叶轮。导流壳的联接是止口定位,最后用螺栓把紧。Diversion shell is used for delivering liquid out of rotor evenly to next stage impeller at minimum loss. Diversion shell is positioned with spigot and locked with bolts. 3.2.3出水部分: 出水部分由接管、泵座等件组成;泵的传动轴从该部分的中心穿过;从泵工作部流出的液体经该部分后水平进入泵外
14、压力管道。Effluent part: Effluent part is composed of connector, pump base and etc.; pump driving shaft goes through this part; liquid from pump body horizontally enters into external pressure pipeline through this part. 泵座上设有密封函体、泄压孔、脱汽孔;泄压孔用以将轴封腔内压力减至最低;脱汽孔用以将泵筒体内的气体及时排至凝汽器。Pump base is set with seal b
15、ox, pressure released vent and steam removal vent; pressure released vent is used for minimizing pressure inside shaft seal chamber; steam removal vent is used for exhausting steam inside pump barrel to steam condenser timely. 3.2.4推力装置部分: 推力装置由推力轴承、轴承体、调整螺母等组成。泵产生的轴向力由平衡鼓平衡掉95%,其余残余轴向力由推力轴承承受。如果轴向力
16、由电机承受,则没有此部分。Thrust unit: Thrust unit is composed of thrust bearing, bearing body, adjusting nut and etc. 95% of axial force generated by pump will be absorbed by balancing drum and the residual force will be undertaken by thrust bearing. If axial force is undertaken by motor, this part will not exi
17、st. 3.3轴承: 泵内设有多处水润滑导轴承,用以承受泵转子径向力,其一在中间轴承座内,其二在密封函体内,其余的在工作部内。Bearing: There are many water lubricating pilot bearings inside pump body, which are used for undertaking radial force of pump rotor; one is located inside middle bearing base, another is located in seal box and others are located inside
18、 working body. 3.4轴封:轴封可采用填料密封或机械密封,密封水管由出水口接至密封函体,密封水要求见随机产品外形图。Shaft seal: Shaft seal can be selected with packing seal or mechanical seal; effluent nozzle is connected to seal box with seal water pipe; requirement of seal water refers to outline drawing of the product with the machine. 3.5联轴器:泵轴与
19、传动轴用卡套和固定套连接;传动轴与电动机轴的连接用弹性柱销联轴器或刚性联轴器联接。Coupling: Pump shaft and driving shaft are connected with clip sleeve and fixed sleeve; driving shaft and motor shaft are connected with elastic dowel pin shaft coupling or rigid coupling.4. 安装Installation 安装指泵的就位及管路的连接。Pump position and pipeline connection.
20、4.1基础的准备 Foundation Preparation 4.1.1基础应能承受水泵、电动机及泵内水重的总负荷。The foundation shall be able to undertake total weight of pump, motor and water inside pump. 4.1.2基础上应预留出与泵筒体的方形底盘相适应的二次灌浆位置和地脚孔。Area on foundation shall be maintained for secondary grouting and anchor holes, which should be corresponding wi
21、th square base of pump barrel. 4.1.3确认基础的标高是否使泵具有足够的灌注高度,所谓足够的灌注高度是指泵的汽蚀余量与凝汽器热井最低水位至泵吸入法兰间的损失水头和安全裕量三项之和。Check elevation of foundation if it has sufficient lifting height; sufficient lifting height means the total value of NPSH, loss water head from minimum level of steam condenser hot well to suct
22、ion flange and safety margin. 4.2安装的准备Installation Preparation 4.2.1确认吊车的吊重,是否足以吊起泵筒体,除泵筒体以外的泵的全部和电动机三者中最重件。Confirm if lifting weight of crane is big enough to lift the pump body and the maximum weight of all other components. 4.2.2准备与吊重相适应的钢丝绳,应留有足够裕度。Prepare steel rope for lifting, with sufficient
23、 margin.4.2.3准备用于泵筒体方形底盘下面的垫铁812组,每组含两个斜垫铁(斜度1:50)和一个平垫铁(厚20mm)。Prepare 8-12 set of iron gaskets that are put under square base of pump body and each set contains two tilting iron gaskets (slope 1:50) and one flat iron gasket (thickness -20mm). 4.2.4修理将安放泵筒体的基础面的混凝土表面,以使灌浆能紧紧附着在混凝土上。Repair concrete
24、surface of the foundation to make grouting stick onto the concrete firmly.4.3水泵部件,散件的检查与清洗。Check and clean pump components and parts. 对水泵部件和需要现场装配的散件的所有配合表面应进行清洗(尤其注重止口结合面),发现有磕、碰损伤应仔细修整好。Clean all matching surfaces of pump components and parts that are to be assembled at site (especially pay attent
25、ion to spigot matching surface) and carefully repair damaged or scored area if any. 4.4泵筒体的安装 Installation of Pump Body 4.4.1设定安放垫铁的位置并进行铲凿修理(见图1),垫铁应设置在每个地脚螺栓的两侧,两相邻地脚螺栓的中间位置应设置一组垫铁。Confirm position for iron gaskets and repair with tools (see figure 1); iron gasket should be placed at both sides of
26、 each anchor bolt and a set of iron gaskets should be placed between two adjacent anchor bolts. 4.4.2在经铲凿过的将放置垫铁的水泥表面上薄薄地浇一层抗收缩性的砂浆(重量比:不收缩水泥1.2,砂1,水0.350.4,其他为普通水泥),将垫铁组中的平垫铁放实,使平垫铁底部表面能挤压出水分,每个平垫铁上表面应保持水平。Grout a thin coat of anti-shrink mortar (weight ratio: non-shrink cement 1.2, sand 1, water 0
27、.35-0.4, others are common cement) on cement surface where is repaired and iron gasket will be placed; flat iron gasket should be placed firmly to be able to extrude water out and top surface of each flat iron gasket should be maintained horizontally. 4.4.3沿平垫铁周围灌浆,防止其移动。Grout around flat iron gaske
28、ts to prevent moving. 4.4.4在灌浆硬化以后(养生硬化一般为36h),在平垫铁上面放成对的斜垫铁。Place companion tilting iron gaskets on flat iron gasket after curing and hardening (generally, 36hours for curing and hardening). 4.4.5将泵筒体放入泵坑里,使泵筒体的方形底盘落在斜垫铁上。Place pump barrel in pump pit to make square base of pump barrel laid on tilt
29、ing iron gasket. 4.4.6调整斜垫铁使泵筒体上部止口平面的水平度公差在每1000mm内小于0.05mm,然后临时性松松拧紧地脚螺栓。Adjust tilting iron gasket to make horizontal tolerance of upper spigot surface of pump barrel be within 0.05mm per 1000mm length and then fix anchor bolts temporarily. 4.5泵的工作部与出水部分的联接。Working body should be connected with e
30、ffluent part. 4.5.1将以组装好的泵工作部水平放置,用枕木垫平(如果开箱时接管与工作部相连,则先拆下接管)。Place the assembled working body horizontally with sleeper (disassemble connector if connector is connected with working body when opening).图一 Figure 14.5.2分别在泵轴和传动轴相联接的一端装上相应的键,装上筒形联轴器的固定套并推向一端,装上卡套,然后把固定套推回与固定键靠实,用螺钉紧固。传动轴在联接前应装好键、O型密封圈
31、、平衡鼓、卡环、填料轴套,固定键,轴套,并用螺钉紧固。Install corresponding key on pump shaft and driving shaft respectively, and install fixed sleeve of barrel coupling and push it to one side; then install clip sleeve and push back fixed sleeve to make it close to key and then fasten it with screw. Install key, O-type seal
32、ring, balance drum, clip ring, packing shaft sleeve, fix key and shaft sleeve and fix them firmly with screws before connecting driving shaft. 4.5.3联接后应保证轴系处于水平状态,避免因装配应力造成的损坏。Ensure shafting in horizontal status after connecting to avoid damage due to assembly stress. 4.5.4装入接管,在法兰处应装O形圈,然后用螺柱均匀把紧。
33、Install connector, install O-type ring at flange area and then fasten them with double-ended bolt. 4.5.5把已联在一起的密封函、泵座吊起,通过传动轴装在中间轴承座、接管上,在法兰处装上O形圈,用螺柱把紧。Lift the assembled packing box and pump base and install them on middle bearing base and connector through driving shaft. Install O-type ring at fl
34、ange area and fasten them with double-ended bolt. 4.5.6 装上机械密封,并与密封函体把紧,与传动轴之间先不固定,待调整串量后再把紧;若是填料密封,则先把填料环和填料压盖套在传动轴上。Install mechanical seal and fasten it with seal packing box; first, do not fix it with driving shaft until string moving capacity is adjusted properly; if it is packing seal, firstly
35、 install packing ring and packing gland onto driving shaft. 4.5.7把已联在一起的推力轴承结合部、支撑座吊起,通过传动轴装在泵座上,用螺柱把紧。Lift thrust bearing joint parts and support base and install them on pump base through driving shaft, and fix them with double-ended bolt. 4.5.8拧上调整螺母,根据随机装配图的提量要求,旋转调整螺母,使转子处于恰当位置,然后用螺钉将调整螺母固定,再装上
36、防尘盘并把紧。如果泵的轴向力由电机承受,则无此项。Fasten adjustment nut, and turn the nut as per lift requirements in assembly drawing with the machine to make the rotor be in proper position; and then fix the adjustment nut with screw, install dust-proof disc and fasten it. This step will be eliminated if axial pump force
37、is undertaken by motor. 4.5.9 将电机支架和支撑座(泵座)联在一起。Connect motor bracket and support base (pump base). 4.6泵的就位 Position of Pump 4.6.1在泵筒体密封槽上平整地放好O形圈,把已装好的泵体部分吊起,然后缓缓落入泵筒体中,把电机支架落在支撑座上,把紧螺栓。Place O-type ring on seal groove of pump body and lift the assembled pump components, put them into pump barrel s
38、lowly, put motor bracket onto support base and fasten them with bolts.4.6.2测量电机支架止口平面的水平度,调整垫铁使水平度在每1000mm以内不大于0.05mm。Measure levelness of motor bracket spigot surface and adjust iron gasket to ensure levelness not more than 0.05mm per 1000mm. 4.7 二次灌浆 Secondary Grouting 对垫铁组进行点焊,然后把紧地脚螺栓进行二次灌浆。灌浆应从
39、一个方向进行,避免出空穴。Joint iron gaskets by spot welding and then fasten anchor bolts for secondary grouting. Grouting shall be done in the same direction to prevent cavity. 4.8泵、机连接 Connection between pump and machine 4.8.1将泵端联轴器装在传动轴上。Install coupling at pump side onto driving shaft. 4.8.2用软止塞块和塞尺在密封腔处测量密封
40、函与填料轴套的四周间隙,使在对称点处的读数之差(AB)保持在0.08mm以内(见图2)。Measure surrounding clearance between sealing box and packing shaft sleeve at seal chamber with soft stop block and filler, to make reading difference (A-B) at symmetric points be within 0.08mm (see figure 2). 4.8.3将电机端联轴器装在电机轴伸处。Install coupling at motor
41、side onto motor shaft extension. 4.8.4把电动机吊起落在电机支座上。Lift motor onto motor bracket. 4.8.5调整调节螺栓,使泵联轴器外圆对电机轴心的圆跳动不大于0.05mm(见图3)。检测方法:把千分表刚性地固定在电机端联轴器上,盘动电机轴对泵联轴器外圆检测。如果是刚性联轴器,则通过增减调整垫的厚度来保证转子的提量。(见图4)Adjust control bolt to make round run-out of external circle of pump coupling to axial motor center be
42、 not more than 0.05mm (see figure 3). Measure method: Fix dial indicator rigidly on coupling at motor side and turn motor shaft to measure external circle of pump coupling. If it is rigid type coupling, lift of rotor will be ensured by adjusting thickness of control gasket.Figure 2 Figure 3 图4 Figur
43、e 44.8.6电机轴和水泵轴找正后先把紧电机底脚螺栓,然后用柱销把紧联轴器。Fasten anchor bolts of motor after alignment of motor shaft and pump shaft, and then fasten coupling with dowel pin. 4.9 把紧机械密封,拆开机械密封上的定位板,接上密封水管路。若是填料密封,则装入填料,把填料环设置在对准注水孔的位置,用已套在轴上的填料压盖缓缓压紧,每根填料应平整装入,接头错开90°为宜。Fasten mechanical seal, dismantle positioni
44、ng plate of mechanical seal and connect pipeline for seal water. Fill in packing material if packing seal is used; Set packing ring at the position facing to water injection hole and press slowly with packing gland on the shaft; fill in each packing material flatly; it is better to stagger connector
45、 by 90°. 4.10连接泵附助水系统的管路。Connect pipeline for auxiliary water system.凡注水管路均应设置可用于调节流量和压力的阀门。脱汽管应均匀上升接至凝器汽上部。All water pipelines shall be set with valves for flow and pressure control. Steam removal pipe shall be lifted evenly to top of steam condenser. 5. 装配与解体 Assembly and Disassembly 5.1装配 As
46、sembly 5.1.1清理零部件配合表面,尤其是止口配合面和轴与转动零件的配合面,发现有磕碰、划伤,应仔细修理好。Clean matching surfaces of components, in particular for matching surfaces of spigot and rotating parts and repair carefully if any collision and score is found. 5.1.2把待装的泵轴平放在垫木上。Place pump shaft on the sleeper horizontally. 5.1.3在泵轴上装上键、首级叶
47、轮、轴套。Install key, first stage impeller and shaft sleeve on pump shaft. 5.1.4装上轴套,并用小圆螺母锁紧。Install shaft sleeve and lock with small round nut. 5.1.5通过泵轴装上首级导流壳,再装上吸入喇叭管(先在吸入喇叭管上装上O型密封圈),用螺柱把紧。Install first stage diversion shell through pump shaft, and then install suction flared pipe (first install O
48、-type seal ring on suction flared pipe) and finally lock with double-ended bolts.5.1.6再通过泵轴装上次级叶轮,次级导流壳(先在次级导流壳上装上O型密封圈),直到装完末级导流壳。Install secondary impeller, secondary diversion shell (install O-type seal ring on secondary diversion shell) until installing last stage diversion shell. 5.1.7检查转子总串量。C
49、heck total string moving capacity of rotor. 5.2工作部的解体与装配顺序互逆。Disassemble of working body is opposite to assembly sequence. 6. 安装(装配)过程中的注意事项 Precautions during Installation (Assembly) 6.1 装O形胶圈时,要仔细观察,让胶圈保持平整,避免因其脱离槽口被挤坏。Check carefully and ensure rubber ring being flat to prevent damage due to fall
50、ing away from groove when installing O-type rubber ring. 6.2 装配前凡有止口配合处需均匀涂刷一层黄油(稀油),应注意油类勿与胶圈接触,以防胶圈变质失效。Smear grease (thin oil) evenly on matching surfaces of spigot before assembling; pay attention that oil should not contact with rubber ring to prevent deterioration. 6.3 装叶轮、轴套、联轴器时,在轴的相应处应涂MoS2
51、。装紧定轴套联轴器的螺钉时应在螺钉上涂密封胶。Smear MoS2 at proper area of shaft when assembling impeller, shaft sleeve and coupling. Smear sealing glue on the screws when installing screws for locking shaft sleeve coupling.泵的使用Operation of Pump 7. 启动前的准备工作 Preparation before Startup 7.1确认电动机转向是否正确(正确转向为俯视逆时针方向)。当采用点车试转向时
52、,应事先拆除联轴器销轴,在电动机上单独进行(制造厂建议在安装篇中泵机联接前先进行电机的电气联接,然后确认转向)。Check if motor rotation is right (anti-clockwise direction seeing from above). When checking the rotation by turning motor, dismantle pin axle of coupling first and then check motor independently (Manufacturer suggests connecting electrical com
53、ponents before connecting pump and machine and then check rotation). 7.2清查水泵进口管道、出口管道、再循环管道系统中所有的高点处是否能够排除空气。Check if air can be exhausted at all top point in suction pipeline system, discharge pipeline system and recycle pipeline system. 7.3检查水泵的密封,冷却等辅助水系统的水源是否处于供给状态。Check if water source for auxi
54、liary water system such as pump seal, cooler and etc. is in supply condition. 7.4 将推力轴承的油室内注满20号汽轮机油。Fully inject 20# steam turbine oil into oil chamber of thrust bearing. 7.5开通密封水。Start seal water. 7.6从联轴器处扳动泵转子,检查其转动是否灵活。Move pump rotor at coupling position and check if it rotates flexibly. 7.7检查凝
55、汽器热井中水位是否满足泵的灌注高度要求。Check if water level of hot well of steam condenser meets requirement of injection height. 7.8检查电机控制保护系统是否可靠。Check if motor control protection system is reliable. 7.9 检查推力轴承的热电阻测温元件是否接通。Check if thermal resistance element of thrust bearing is connected. 8.启动与运行 Startup and Operation 8.1设定出口阀在关闭状态。Set outlet valve in close status. 8.2先开通泵的密封水管路,冷却水管路。First open seal water pipeline and cooling water pipeline. 8.3开通泵的抽气管路。
