2、n sible for the material in the warehouse负责仓库的物料;2. Resp on sible for the warehouse man ageme nt : to receive and send the goods负责仓库的管理:收发货物;3. Resp on sible for the stock accuracy对库存的精确性负责;4. Resp on sible for pack ing and to do the docume nts for the spare-parts order. 负责备件的包装并为销售备件订单准备相关的文件。Conte

3、nts of the job:工作内容:Warehouse Man ageme nt:仓库管理:- To receive the goods (in clud ing raw material, out-sourc ing parts, semi-fi ni shed products, auxiliary material, tools) from the supplier, and put them in the QC area.从供应商处收货(包括毛坯、外购件、半成品、辅料、工具 ),并放置待检区内;- To check the qua ntity and draw ing n umbe

4、r accord ing to the delivery form根据交货单核对货物数量和图号;To send the goods: check the qua ntity of the goods to be delivered (in clud ing raw material, semi-finished products and finished products), and put them in the delivery area.发送货物:核对发货数量(包括毛坯、半成品和成品),并将其放置交货区;- Stock record: to record all the warehous

5、e in flows and outflows in the warehouse record book.手工登记库存账目:对所有进出仓库的物料进行手工登帐;- To check the qua ntity and surface quality for the retur ned sub-c on tracted parts对送回的外加工零件的数量和外部质量进行检查。Report ing:汇报:- Positi on holder Supervisor:该职位的直接主管希望得到如下汇报:1. Want a report if there are problems in the stock(

6、in clude process problem,miss ing parts,)有关库存异常的报告(包括仓储流程问题、零部件的遗失,);2. Want the stock status report库存状况的汇报。- Positi on holder:任职人认为需要向直接主管提供如下汇报:1. Report the received material form, which must be signed by the SupplyChain Man ager收料单必须交由物流经理签字;2. Report the list of goods to be sent, which must be

7、sig ned by the SupplyChain Manager (the position holder makes the list according to the SupplyChai n Man ager preparati on work)发货清单须由物流经理签字(该职位承担者根据物流经理的准备工作编制发货清单);3. Report stock problems to the Supply Chain Man ager向物流经理汇报库存问题。Level: Executer职位层级:执行层;Work ing relati ons:工作联系:1. With the Purchase

8、 Age nts :与采购专员:- to check if the quantity of goods delivered is in accordanee with the quantity in the purchase con tract核对交货数量是否与采购合同上的数量一致;- to provide some stock in formati on to the Purchase Agents (material shortage for example)向采购专员提供一些库存信息(例如:物料不足);- to give the received material form to the

With the Supply Cha in Man ager : the received material form and issued material form for the fini shed pumps must be con firmed by the Supply Chain Man ager 与物流经理:收料单和成品领料单都须由物流经理确认;3. With the QC Man ager : to get the QC in specti on form for received goods, or to get

10、 the stock-in form for the finished parts与质检经理:从质检经理处得到收到货物的质检单和成品的入库单;4. With the QC personnel : to get the stock-in form for the semi-finished parts 与质检人员:从质检人员处得到半成品零件的入库单;5. With the Workshop Chief : to get the production plan for raw material, in order to make a preparati on of the material acc

11、ord ing to the pla n与车间主任:从车间主任处得到毛坯的施工单,该职位承担者根据施工单进行备料;6. With the Workers : to give the materials to the Workers (raw material, tools,auxiliary material,)与工人:车间工人从该职位承担者处领料(毛坯、工具、辅料,;7. With the Producti on Man ager : to check together the delivered material (especially for raw material)与生产经理:与生产

12、经理一起检查到货的物料(特别是毛坯);8. With the Material & Cost Accou ntant: to give issued material form.与材料成本会计:将领料单交予材料成本会计。Goals of the positi on:职位目标:1. En sure the safety of the stock (no miss ing parts, no accide nt,)确保库存安全(无零件遗失、无库存事故发生,);2. En sure that the actual stock qua ntities are in accorda nee wi

13、th the book record 确保实际库存量与库存账目一致;3. En sure to provide the material correctly确保发料准确。Work processes of the compa ny in which this positi on takes place :所参与的公司各项流程如下:Warehouse Man ageme nt (goods receipt process, warehouse inflow and outflow ofmaterial)库存管理(收货流程、物料岀入库流程)。Tasks:任务:Main Tasks :80%主要任务

Has to do some handling of the parts.Hot in summer and cold in win ter.工作地点位于仓库,配备一台
