3、3.1 装置外观的检查:检查柜体、系统部件、母排等,并清理灰尘;检查各紧固件的螺丝有无松脱现 象。经查,本设备在运输过程中没有受到损坏,并且设备安装情况良好。3.2 硬件设备检查:检查所有电路板的硬件设置。主控板:CH1: 1380330CH2: 1380253,与出厂设置相同。检查其实板卡均与出厂设置相同3.3 绝缘检查:交流电流回路绝缘电阻50MQ;交流电压回路绝缘电阻50MQ;直流回路绝缘电阻50M Q。测试功率回路对地绝缘50MQ。3.4 交直流电源回路检查:第29页共页太仓港环保发电有限公司 2 X 135MVWL组工程一号机组电气专业调试报告1、照明和加热器回路检查正确。2、起励电

4、源回路检查正确。3、直流电源回路检查正确。3.5 软件及参数检查:软件版本为41.222-1.经检查两个通道的参数设置正确。3.6 功率桥监视回路检查:模拟熔丝断信号;模拟交流侧阻容保护用熔丝断信号;模拟功率桥主风机及 备用风机失效信号,检查功率桥监视回路的所有功能正常。对另一功率桥作相同试验,检查功率桥监视回路的所有功能正常。3.7 开关监视回路检查:分开F04,验证开关量DI14输入动作正常,能发出报警信号,重新合上 F04, 并复位报警信号;对F05、Q80、Q81重复以上试验,验证动作正常。3.8 可控硅跨接器检查:手动合灭磁开关Q02,短接过电流检测继电器T02的端子,验证开关量DI

5、15E 输入动作正常,灭磁开关 Q02自动分开,并发出故障信号;再短接过电流检测 继电器T02的另外端子,验证开关量 DI14E动作正常,并发出故障信号。3.9 励磁变控制回路检查:确认励磁变压器温控器供电电源正常,分别短接温控器上的报警信号及跳闸 信号输出端子,验证开关量 DI12E及DI13E输入动作正常,并发出故障报警信 号。3.10 开入量检查:由DCS操作,检查灭磁开关合分、励磁装置投退、自动手动切换、功率因数 投退、增减磁,开入量正确。3.11 模拟量检查:加交流电流电压量,检查装置显示正确。3.12 信号回路检查:检查装置至DCS的信号回路正确。3.13 轻负载试验:在励磁装置直
