16、胎、5套模板。二、栅栏板预制施工工艺流程施工准备底胎清理支立外模钢筋绑扎支立内模混凝土浇筑拆除内模拆除外模抹面、养护存放。 三、施工工艺采用罐车直接浇筑入模、人工振捣的施工工艺。四、操作要点1、钢筋绑扎钢筋在现场加工绑扎，采用人工方式进行绑扎并严格按照技术交底及有关规范进行操作。绑扎前应做好简易支架，绑扎完后将支架拆除，垫好保护垫块，并摆正钢筋架的位置。然后移至下一块栅栏板，以相同的方法进行绑扎操作。2、模板的支立和起吊模板是委托专业厂家加工生产的定型模板。在模板的安装上，首先支立外模，使底胎四边和外模的四个角的橡皮条与外模贴实贴紧；然后支立内模，利用25t汽车吊吊装。当混凝土达到一定的强度后

17、，先用25t汽车吊吊取内模，最后拆取外模。3、混凝土浇筑混凝土在搅拌站集中拌和。拌和的混凝土，用12罐车运至现场直接入模。混凝土采用插入式振捣器振捣，振捣过程中要避免碰撞钢筋、模板和预埋件。混凝土在浇筑中随时注意观察钢筋、模板和预埋件的情况，一旦出现问题，立即校正。待取出内模后，采用随打随抹工艺，三遍压光，各内角采用阳角抹光。4、养护工作 在拆模后，要对混凝土浇水养护，同时用土工布加以覆盖，以提高其强度，减少裂纹等不良现象的产生。5、起吊运输及存放先用25t汽车吊吊起，注意平稳和底胎的保护。然后用平板车拉至并存放于指定场所，两层叠放，并标注型号、施工日期。 五、施工质量控制工程施工严格按照交通

18、部颁发的规范、规程执行，验收标准执行水运工程质量检验标准（ JTS257-2008）1、钢筋施工过程质量控制1.1、钢筋加工制作质量控制：及时向监理提交加工方案、加工材料表。加工时钢筋保持平直，无局部曲折。如遇有死弯时，将其切除。保证所使用钢筋表面清洁、无损伤、油漆和锈蚀。钢筋级别、钢号直径符合设计要求。在常温下进行钢筋弯曲成型，不进行热弯曲，不用锤击或尖角弯折。1.2、绑扎钢筋质量控制：钢筋的交叉点用铁丝全部绑扎牢固，至少不小于90%。钢筋绑扎接头搭接长度及误差按规范和设计要求办理。各受力钢筋的绑扎接头位置相互错开，从任一绑扎接头中心至1.3倍搭接长度的区段范围内，有绑扎接头的受力钢筋截面面

19、积占受力钢筋总截面面积的百分率，受拉区不超过25%，受压区不超过50%。1.3、钢筋施工的质量控制：项目部制定了钢筋绑扎“七不准”和“五不验”。“七不准”：已浇注混凝土浮浆未清除干净不准绑钢筋。钢筋污染清除不干净不准绑钢筋。控制线未弹好不准绑钢筋。钢筋偏位没有检查、校正合格。钢筋接头本身质量未检查合格不准绑钢筋。 技术交底未到位不准绑钢筋。钢筋加工未通过车间验收不准绑钢筋“五不验”：钢筋未完成不验收。钢筋定位措施不到位不验收。钢筋保护层垫块不合格、达不到要求不验收。钢筋纠偏不合格不验收。钢筋绑扎未严格按技术交底施工不验收2、 模板施工过程质量控制 2.1、实际要求在模板设计中我们将做到尺寸准确

20、，板面平整；具有足够的承载力、刚度和稳定性；构造简单，装拆方便,并便于钢筋的绑扎、安装和混凝土的浇筑、养护等要求。2.2、模板的安装2.2.1、模板工程允许偏差项目满足规范要求；2.2.2 、现浇结构模板的安装放线及偏差要求：模板安装前先测放控制轴线网和模板控制线。根据平面控制轴线网，在地面和周围结构上放出结构、柱边线和检查控制线，待竖向钢筋绑扎完成后，在竖向主筋上部标出标高控制点。 3 、混凝土施工过程质量控制3.1、混凝土浇筑前的准备工作 混凝土浇筑前，应对模板、支撑体系、钢筋和预埋件进行检查，符合要求后方能浇筑。做好电力、动力、照明、养生等的准备工作。3.2、混凝土浇筑振捣采用振捣器捣实
