7、ft, review and amend any kind of legal docume nts.B、根据甲方的经济、商务谈判，为甲方完善 各类常用格式合同；Improve and perfect any kind of com monsta ndard form of con tract on the basis of Party A' secono mic and commercial n egotiatio n.c、为甲方事务出具法律意见书、律师函、律师声明等 文件；Provide Party A with legal advisory paper, lawyer '

10、legation, Party B shall provide legal services to Party A' smajor bus in ess activities or projects.第五条：甲方责任ArticResp on sibility of Party Ale 51、甲方应当如实向乙方提供有关文件、资料以及反 映其他情况，甲方必须确保所提供文件、资料、信息的 真实性，如因甲方故意或过失向乙方提供虚假文件、资 料，或故意隐瞒有关事实，而导致乙方无法作出正确的 口头或者书面法律意见，由此所造成的损失，均由甲方 承担。Party A shall provide Par

13、事务开支Shall make payment of legal adviser fee as scheduled and in exact amount, and bear the legal expe nses in curred by Party A.第六条：法律顾问费用Article 6Legal con sulta nt fees1、甲乙双方同意，就本次甲方聘请乙方作为常年法 律顾问，甲方应当向乙方支付的顾问费用为每年人民币 壹万肆仟元(RMB14,000)。In this Agreeme nt, Party A agrees to assig n Party B as its Ion
