3、e road of education reform:our school is located in xuhui district south, north intersection zone, the difference of the quality of students, the traditional class teaching system can not solve the requirements of teaching and students, learning needs, it is for every student according to the recent
4、 developments" tcaching practical applied effect. how to make good students from the food,can jump to pick fruit, let the middle students to lean on, successful experience; learning is difficult for the students to taste the success of learning, attention, change the real opportunity for all th
5、e educated, the all-round exhibition. therefore, we have chosen the research topic of "stratified small class" education to try to change the paststratified education means that students are divided into diffcrcnt levels according to their learning ability and learning level, and different
6、 teaching strategies are adopted to promote the common development of all students it is a kind of adaptability and development education. it can make the students get enough education and promote the all-round development of students it is one of the ways to teach students in accordance with their
7、aptitude this model enables students to get the best education, teachers should be in a balanced level to encourage students to progress, to activate interest in learning, and fully mobilize students to study independently. after stratification, the teacher's teaching strategy is more targeted t
8、han before, and achieves the teaching goal according to a, b and c levels our teachers can break the disorder in the teaching of the active exploration of teaching overcautious, countermeasures, such as targeted students, both in and out of the classroom to implement and students' re learning en
9、vironment also provides opportunities for them to reshape their learningsmall advantage to solve the problem of the view of teachers, especially in class b and two class c, there were 30 people, 27 people and 23 people, each student can get teachers' attention, questioning, guidance, demonstrati
