3、35 Mpa三、 计算方法与重点3.1计算方法概述因为承台刚度比较大而且采用群桩基础,计算时假定墩底完全固结。内力与稳定计算模型采用空间杆系模型,根据公路桥涵设计通用规范和公路桥梁抗风设计规范相关规定,风载采用静力风载计算。结构计算程序采用桥梁博士计算程序、MIDAS/Civil6.7.1。3.2计算重点根据文献高墩大跨连续刚构桥的建议:最大双悬臂施工阶段为最不利阶段,故本报告只计算最大双悬臂施工阶段的稳定及考虑风荷载时的桥墩的弯剪扭强度及双向偏心受压的强度计算。3.2.1、最大悬臂施工状态的弯剪扭强度计算3.2.2、最大悬臂施工状态的双向偏心受压的强度计算3.2.2、最大悬臂施工状态的稳定计

4、算四、工况与荷载计算(最大双悬臂施工状态)4.1.1风荷载计算根据公路桥梁抗风设计规范4.5.2条规定,应对最大悬臂施工状态时的风载进行分析计算。因为6号墩为最高墩,在截面尺寸相同的情况下6号墩的稳定性最差,所以计算时都以6号墩为对象计算。根据公路桥涵设计通用规范4.3.7在横桥向风作用下主梁单位长度上的横向静风荷载(阻力)按如下计算(取梁重心94m高处计算):FH 其中:0.75 因梁高H是变值,故每一节段均为不同值 ,按地形为峡谷口取1.3 ,其中,按B类场地取1.38;为方便计,以离地高94m为基准,取1.43;。为主梁横向迎风面积。在横桥向风作用下主梁单位长度上的竖向静风荷载(升力)

5、其中: , 取0.4为主梁竖向迎风面积。桥墩横桥向风载计算:= =其中按公路桥梁抗风设计规范(JTJ/T D60-012004)第4.4.2条取值1.24。=0.75×1.24×1.3×=0.976kN根据公路桥涵设计通用规范4.3.7桥墩顺桥向风荷载按横桥向风压的70%乘墩迎风面积:顺=0.7×0.9760.683kN风荷载采用两种工况组合,风载不对称加载时,分别取系数1.0和0.5,但方向相同。仅一侧悬臂作用风荷载,系数为1.0,另一端空载。4.1.2施工荷载计算:施工荷载共考虑四种:(1) 假设梁段自重不均匀,一侧取0.96梁重,另一侧取1.04梁

6、重。(2)挂篮、现浇块件及施工机具的动力系数,一端采用1.2,另一端采用0.8,挂篮重取1200KN。(3)最后一悬臂浇注梁段不同步施工,一端空载,一端施工。 (4)考虑到实际施工需要,施工用临时工具材料,计算时取一侧悬臂作用8.5kN/m的均布荷载,并在悬臂端头有200kN集中力,另一端空载。4.1.3工况组合根据荷载及不利情况推测,进行如下工况组合工况1:施工荷载(1)+施工荷载(2)+施工荷载(3)+施工荷载(4)+风荷载组合(1)工况2:施工荷载(1)+施工荷载(2)+施工荷载(3)+施工荷载(4)+风荷载组合(2)五、强度计算5.1未设横向联系的强度计算5.1.1桥墩施工状态强度分析

7、由设计经验可知桥墩强度最不利截面应在实心与空心交界处,因此在计算时只验算墩底实心与空心交界处的强度。根据公路钢筋混凝土及预应力混凝土桥涵设计规范(JTG D622004)中5.5.6条规定,弯剪扭构件在进行设计时,正截面计算与剪扭计算要分别计算并配筋。因此在进行桥墩最大双悬臂施工的状态强度分析时分别进行弯压计算和剪扭计算,最后综合配筋。对施工阶段的分析以6号墩为对象进行计算。采用施工荷载与风荷载的两种组合,并考虑重力二阶效应(p)(经比较,考虑p效应比不考虑p效应的结果增大6左右),以此得到的内力结果进行强度复核。5.1.2墩底最不利截面内力计算根据前面计算的各施工工况,用MIDAS6.7.1
