8、洽啃玖杜棒煌浊竭嚏坞矢朝站拌柠俞锤竞爆恃普匀挺瘸孪日缄豢斩皮角鹰柏炬厂【摘 要】城市的发展带来的道路交通“三难”（行车难、行路难、停车难）问题日益凸显，为破解该难题，本课题以厦门市域及城市核心区岛内的交通发展历程为背景，分析了国内外相关城市治理交通难题所采取的相关对策，以及针对厦门市运用智能交通系统的现状，提出规划建设智能交通系统是下阶段厦门市交通拥堵治理环节的重要举措。本课题明确了智能交通系统的建设理念、综合需求及建设目标，提出了智能交通以信息采集为基础，以构建智能交通系统为核心，以综合应用为目标，以城市交通需求为导向，建设信息共享、互连互通、整体联动、高效协同、惠及民生的智能交通系统，形成
