1、 shanghai yanda engineering co.,ltd 上海燕达建设有限公司pic扩建设备吊装方案program for lifting of pic equipment1. 工程概况/outline1.1 简述/brief descriptionpic扩建工程，新增加设备30余台。其中5 t以上设备2台，由于这2台设备重量较重，并需要在框架楼层内进行倒运吊装，倒运吊装难度较大，特编制本方案，作为以上设备吊装的技术指导。there are newly added equipment more than 30 sets in the pic expansion project.

5、an略。(omitted)2 设备安装/equipment installation2.1 安装方法/installation method设备均使用整体安装法，没有特殊要求，一般不作解体安装。安装原则：先高后低，先大后小，先里后外。the equipment will be integrally lifted and installed and will not be dismounted for lifting etc unless otherwise specified. in principle the installation will start from the higher e

7、grouting installing attachments pressure test closure. 3 设备吊装/equipment lifting(1) 设备到场后直接卸车到现场倒运位置，减少二次倒运。the equipment will be directly offloaded onto the job site to avoid re-transport.(2) kf32ra110设备从pic c393厂房东侧大门吊装进入一楼。kf32ra110 equipment is lifted from east door of pic c393 building into the

8、first floor.(3) ca35ra110设备从pud c391厂房西侧c-d轴吊装进入，要求土建施工时，厂房西侧c-d轴线2层，留作设备吊装入口，待设备安装后封闭。ca35ra110 equipment is lifted from axis c-d of west side of pud c391 building in, if civil work is necessary for this job, the opening will be made at 2nd floor axis c-d, west side of building for equipment liftin

9、g and will be closed after equipment location.(4) ca35ra110 、kf32ra110设备均从其安装标高的下一层穿越楼板吊装。ca35ra110, kf32ra110 will be lifted up from the next lower elevation under its final location elevation and passing through floor slab.(5) c393厂房一楼空间最小距离为3.4米， kf32ra110从一楼倒运需要的空间最小距离为:设备直径+设备支撑座+道木+滚杠=2.8+0.2+

10、0.15+0.1=3.25米，可以倒运进去。the minimum distance available of the 1st floor of c393 building is 3.4m, the minimum distance required for the lifting activity of kf32ra110 is: equipment diameter + equipment support seat + sleeper + roll bar = 2.8m +0.2m +0.15m +0.1m =3.25m, so the distance is allowable for

11、lifting operation.(6) c392厂房二楼空间最小距离为3.4米，ca35ra110从二楼倒运需要的空间最小距离为:设备直径+设备支撑座+道木+滚杠=2.8+0.2+0.15+0.1=3.25米，可以倒运进去。the minimum distance available of the 1st floor of c393 building is 3.4m, the minimum distance required for the lifting activity of kf32ra110 is: equipment diameter + equipment support s

12、eat + sleeper + roll bar = 2.8m +0.2m +0.15m +0.1m =3.25m, so the distance is allowable for lifting operation.(7) pud西侧现有场地为：管廊基础至南通四建办公室11m，pud厂房轴距c大街路沿16m，通四建办公室顶棚高4m（见附图）。the existing space available at west side of pud project: 11m from piperack foundation to nantong no.4 company site office, 16

13、m from axis of pud building to roadside of street c, 4m high from nantong site office ceiling (please see as attached)(8) ca35ra110设备吊高约13.53米，吊装半径为10米。选用50吨汽车吊, 吊车主臂长度18米。the lifting height of ca35ra110 equipment is about 13.53m, the lifting radius is 10m. 50t mobile crane with crane boom of 18m lo

14、ng is used.(9) c393厂房东侧大门道路宽阔，吊车可以站车，拖车可以进车，kf32ra110设备选用50吨汽车吊吊装。the road to the gate of east side of c393 building is wide to allow standing of the crane and entry of the trailer, 50t mobile crane is used for lifting of kf32ra110 equipment.(10) 对基础施工的要求：设备基础施工完验收合格，待设备吊装时，拆除八字梁，等设备吊装就位后再安装上八字梁。the

15、 requirements for construction of foundation: the structured beams are removed after the equipment foundation is completed and accepted and ready for equipment lifting, and then such beams will re-installed after the equipment is lifted and positioned.(11) c35ra110 、kf32ra110设备从吊装口倒运至设备基础需作钢排，不仅便于设备

16、倒运，而且保证了空间最小距离，车间倒运见附图。the steel baseboards shall be made used for transport of c35ra110, kf32ra110 equipment from lifting opening onto equipment foundation so as to make easy of re-transport to allow the short distance. the re-transport is referred in the attached drawing. (12) c35ra110设备吊装前，标高+11.

17、18m平面，新建厂房与现有厂房c-d轴间的矮墙拆除，用于设备倒运。prior to lifting of c35ra110, at elevation +11.18m, the short wall between axis c-d of new building and existing building shall be removed for equipment transport.(13) c35ra110 、kf32ra110设备移至基础下方，用2个10吨倒链吊装，上方能设吊点在上面设，不能设锚点的，作井字架，设吊点。c35ra110, kf32ra110 are moved und

18、er the foundation, then lifted up with 2 10t chain blocks, the lifting point is preferably set up at the height, otherwise the lifting point can be set up by use of gantry frame.(14) c35ra110 、kf32ra110设备吊装就位见附图。please see the attached sketch for lifting and positioning of c35ra110, kf32ra110.4 主要工序

19、安装技术要求/technical requirements for installation of main work sequences4.1 基础验收处理/foundation acceptance and treatment安装前，设备基础须经交接验收。土建施工单位应提交合格证明书，测量记录。基础上应标明标高、中心线等标记。before installation, the equipment foundation shall be turned over and accepted. the civil party shall submit the quality certificates

20、, measurement records. the markings such as elevation and centerline etc shall be marked on the foundation.设备安装单位应按土建交工资料对基础进行外观检查和尺寸复测。the equipment installation company shall conduct visual inspection and re-measure the dimensions in accordance with the as-built documentation turned over by the ci

21、vil party.4.2 开箱检验/case opening and inspection设备开箱检验要在外方、甲方、施工单位有关人员共同参与下进行。the case opening and inspection shall be conducted jointly with expert, owner, installation company and related persons.按装箱清单对设备零部件进行外观质量检查和数量核对。随机应带有合格证，技术图纸说明书等。the parts and components of equipment shall be visually inspe

22、cted for quality and quantity against the packing list. the quality certificates, technical drawing and instruction etc are attached and included in the packing.开箱后的设备和零部件要妥善保管。the equipment and parts shall be properly stored and maintained after case opening.开箱后，应提交签字齐全的设备开箱检验记录。the case opening in

30、afety technical measures(1) 吊装工作除按施工规范要求进行施工外，还要遵守厂方的有关安全规定和其它厂纪厂规。in addition to the requirement specified in the project specifications that must be observed for lifting operation, the manufacturer instruction and other regulations shall be followed also.(2) 凡参加本工程的施工人员，均应熟悉起吊方法及本工程内容，并按方案要求进行施工。a

31、ll construction persons involved in this lifting operation shall be familiar with the lifting method and the related details of this works, shall operate as per this program.(3) 在施工过程中，施工人员必须具体分工，明确职责，在整个吊装过程中，要切实遵守现场秩序，服从命令，听从指挥，不得擅自离开工作岗位。each persons during lifting operation shall work on his own

32、 duty per divided responsibility, shall strictly follow the rules, obey the command, shall not leave his duty at will.(4) 在吊装过程中有统一的指挥信号，参加施工的全体人员必须熟悉信号，以便各操作岗位动作协调一致。all persons related shall clearly know and obey the command signals properly to ensure the lifting operation goes in harmony and prop

33、er way.(5) 吊装时，整个现场由总指挥调配，各岗位分指挥应正确执行总指挥的命令，做到传递信号迅速准确，并对自己的分工范围负有责任。the general commander is overall responsible for giving the chief directions, each person on his own duty shall correctly execute the command to pass the signals quickly and accurately, and each shall be responsible for his own sco

34、pe of work.(6) 施工中凡参加登高作业人员必须经过身体检查合格，操作时均需佩戴安全带，并系在安全可靠的地方。进入施工现场必须戴安全帽。the persons who will work high shall be physically examined and wear the safety belt during job, which shall be hung securely and reliably. safety hat shall be used when entry into lifting job site.(7) 设备提升时，应平稳，避免振动或摆动，在设备就位固定

35、前严禁解开吊装索具。the equipment shall be lifted up in a stable way to avoid vibration or waggling, the lifting slings are strictly prohibited unfastening before positioning of the equipment.(8) 任何人不得随同设备升降，在特殊情况下，必须随同设备升必时，应采取可靠的安全措施，并经总指挥批准。any person is prohibited elevating up or down with the equipment,

36、if it is indeed required in special condition, the safe and reliable measures must be taken and approved by chief commander.(9) 吊装设备时，在作业范围内，高水平设警戒线，并设置明显的警戒标志。严禁非工作人员通行，施工人员不得在设备下面及受力索具附近停留。for lifting of equipment, the warning line at higher level shall be set up in lifting range, and also warning

37、 signs shall be erected in conspicuously area. non-involving persons are not allowed to enter in the lifting operation area, the related persons shall not be stay or stand under the equipment and lifting slings during operation.(10) 严禁在风速六级和六级以上时进行吊装工作。the lifting is prohibited in case of wind speed with grade 6 and above.(11) 在吊装过程中，如因故中断，则必须立即采取措施进行处理，不得使设
