4、determine important environmental factors and ensure their timely updating. 2 Scope of applicationThey are applicable to identification and evaluation of environmental factors realted to activities, products and services of the company which are covered by HSE system.3 Responsibilities3.1 Operation

5、department is responsible for identification, evaluation and updating of environmental factors.3.2 Each department is responsible for identification and evaluation of its environmental factors, and filling in "Environmental factors identification / evaluation table" and "Important env

6、ironmental factors list", as well as submiting them to operation department after they have been approved by department manager. 3.3 Operation department shall prepared the companys "Environmental factors / identification evaluation table" and "List of important environmental fac

7、tors".3.4 Management representative is responsible for approving the company's important environmental factors, quality department is responsible for issuing “List of important environmental factors” after approving it. 4 Working procedureThe procedure of "process method" is used

Other aspects.4.2.2 Evaluation methods4.2.2.1 There are many methods for evaluating environmental factors, such as expert judgment method, yes

14、-no judgment method, contrasting method, tracking environmental influence or weighing method, etc. Considering characteristics of the organization, both scoring method and judgment method are used. 4.2.2.2 Standards of scoring methodAssuming there are 6 evaluation factors,namely A, B, C, D, E, F, an
