6、pare parts and tools: See appendix 1.第六条 验收 Inspection & Acceptance 乙方有权在交货时和交货后对货物进行检验，并将发现 的任何暇疵在货物交付之日起 30 日内立即以书面方式通知 甲方。若乙方怠于通知，则视为标的物的质量和数量已符合 合同约 定。Party B is entitled to check the goods during and after delivery, and if there is any defect, Party B sends written notice to Party A immedia
