9、 of drawings afforded by customer.2.3 绝缘电阻 在常温状态下用DC500V兆欧表测试电机绕组与机壳间绝缘电阻，应大于50 M，在热稳定或温升试验后，应大于10 M。Insulation resistanceThe insulation resistance between the coil and housing shall be over 50 M measured with DC 500V megohmmeter in the normal ambient condition,and over 10 M measured with DC 500V me

10、gohmmeter after heating stady state or the temperature rise test.2.4 绝缘介电强度 绕组与壳体间加交流电压1800V，1 s无闪络、击穿、飞弧现象。 Dielectric strength There is no breakdown or flashover when adding AC1800V for 1s between the coil and housing.2.5 牵入转矩 在电机输出轴上套一直径为80mm的铝质力矩盘（自重100g），力矩盘上加挂砝码，其力矩按1.10条的规定执行，在任意三个位置均能正反向启动为合

12、在正常较稳定的试验气候条件下，放置到稳定温度（不少于2h），测量此时的室温t1及绕组直流电阻R1，然后加额定电压、频率空载运行至电机温度恒定（不少于2h），测量此时电机的绕组R2和时的室温t2，温升按下式计算，应符合1.13条的规定。 R2- R1 = （235+ t1）+（t1- t2） R1其中； ：电机的温升，K； R2：绕组通电达到稳定温度时的直流电阻，； R1：绕组不通电时达到热稳定时的直流电阻，； t1：测量绕组直流电阻R1时的室温，； t2：测量绕组直流电阻R2时的室温，. 13、st condition for at least two hours till it gets stable temperature,inspect the room temperature t1 and the coil DC resistance R1,then inspect the same coil resistance R2 and room temperature t2 when the motor works in no load at the rated voltage and frequency till the temperature is stable. The te

15、ectrifying the motor, ; t1:Room temperature when inspecting the DC resistance R1, ; t2: Room temperature when inspecting the DC resistance R2, .2.7噪音 电机噪音包括电机的运转状况评定和用仪器按GB10069.1-88旋转电机噪声测定方法及限值，噪声工程测定方法的测试出的数值（该值应符合1.14条的规定）。 电机运转状况评定指用耳朵贴近电机机壳底部离开一指厚距离，电机输出轴水平放置，通电空载运行。电机运转应平稳，无停滞现象，声音均匀和谐，不夹杂音。N

16、oise The motor noise comprises the evaluation of the operation state and technical data according to the test methods on GB10069.1 by instrument(the data shall satisfy the rules in 1.14). The evaluation of the operation state refered to listening to the motor in a distance of a finger from the under

17、side of the housing, it works with load when electrifying with the output shaft hoorizoontally, the motor rotates stably with no block and noise.2.8 引出线强度引出线与壳体间加20N，10S的拉力，应无引出线松动、脱落、绝缘层破坏、电机无法正常运转等现象。Lead wire strengthAdding 20N pulling force between the lead wire and housing. 18、nd dropping lead wire,destroyed insulation, abnomally operating. 2.9 输出轴拉脱力将电机的六轮固定，对输出轴逐渐施加40N的轴向拉力，历时10S，应满足1.14的要求。Pull force of output shaftFixed the sixth gear of motor,output-shaft must withstand 40N put out force for 10S,shall satisfy requirement in 1.14.2.10耐久试验电机在额定频率、额定电压，负载为牵入转矩规定值的45%下能连

19、续运转7500h以上，试验后在电机绕组与外壳之间加DC500V电压，在常温状态下，绝缘电阻应不低于50 M；在湿热试验后，绝缘电阻应不低于10 M且电机的泄漏电流不大于0.25mA。Endurance test The motor shall work continuously for 7500h at rated frequency,voltage,and a load 45% of pull in torque regulated.After the test,adding DC 500V voltage between the coil and housing, the insulati

23、0cpm（16.7Hz）的正弦波各20分钟。Vibration testMotor shall withstand vibration test when subjected to a vibration of 1000cpm(16.7Hz)with 2mm full wave amplitude for 20 minutes in X, Y and Z three directions respectively.2.15 冲击或跌落试验在X，Y，Z三个方向加588m/s2（60G）的加速度各1次；在包装状态下从1m高处落至水泥地面每面各1次。Shock or dropping test Mo
