20、案一、施工概况 该工程为长电临河风景物业楼,框架结构4层,整个建筑面为3504.2平方米,屋面采用4厚现场硬质聚氨酯喷涂保温,外墙采用2厚现场硬质聚氨酯喷涂、聚苯颗粒保温浆料复合外保温,抗裂砂浆复合耐碱玻纤网格布为保护增强层,表面为外墙涂料、瓷砖饰面层所组成的新型保温节能墙体。二、施工准备件条1施工用电:采用330v和220v电压即可满足施工要求,可用电缆线由总电源箱接出分别引到各楼层处。为了保证机器设备的正常运行及施工照明的需求,供电电压不得低于正常电压的5%。供电所用的导线、开关等应能够满足设备的正常运行及安全保护要求。2施工用脚手架:根据现场实际情况,屋面聚氨酯喷涂在层面即可操作,外墙聚
21、氨酯喷涂及保温浆料抹灰采用外脚手架。 3设备机具:配备国外进口设备聚氨酯喷涂机1台,气泵1台,双轮推车2台。三、劳动力组织 人员组织,公司结合本工程的特点,选派有丰富施工和管理经验的项目部施工。项目经理1名,负责整个施工过程中的全面工作。质检员1名,负责工程的全面质量工作,对工程质量负全责。现场选派2名有多年丰富经验的聚氨酯喷涂枪手来完成整个喷涂面的工作。1名机修工,负责机器的维修及保养,确保整个施工过程中机器的正常运转。界面喷涂1名,其它人员15名,负责施工过程中的基层清理及维护工作。颗粒保温及抗裂砂浆面层抹灰部分,设班组长1名、抹灰技工20名,力工15人,组成外保温颗料抹灰班组,每一位员工
22、上岗前要经过培训。四、现场应具备的作业条件1 首先施工现场应具备“三通一平”即水、电、道路畅通,及材料的堆放场地。2 外墙面的垂直度和平整度应符合现行国家施工及验收规范要求。3 外墙面上的雨水管卡、预埋铁件等应提前安装完毕,并预留外保温厚度。4 施工用脚手架应牢固,必须经检验合格后,方可施工。塔吊等机械设备应能满足正常施工的要求。5 作业时环境温度不得低于5,风力不应大于3级,严禁雨天施工,雨期应做好防雨措施。五、主要材料采购及性能 1黑、白料采用国外进口料,供应商由国内知名品牌企业烟台万华负责供应,各项性能指标稳定,符合工程质量要求。 2保护层界面剂、聚苯颗粒浆料、面层抗裂砂浆均由我厂生产,
23、采用国内先进的技术水平,科学的合理配方,各项性能指标均达到国家规范要求。 3.原材料的采购:为确保工程质量,在原材料采购方面经过了长时间的充分准备,在全国各地的不同区域进行筛选比较,最后选定了国内知名品牌企业烟台万华负责供应,产品无论在质量上、数量上,以及供货时间等几方面均能满足我们工程需求的厂家。 4.材料的储存:1) 黑、白料:进入施工现场的黑、白料应分别存放,同时黑料还要避免阳光的直射,用雨布遮挡好,防止结晶变质。施工时可根据每层楼的实际喷涂面积,计算出所需吨数由上料口采用塔吊将黑、白料分别运至每层楼,按要求摆放整齐。2) 界面剂:进入施工现场的界面剂,应按先后进场顺序码放于通风良好,干

25、于250kpa)、固化后的干密度稳定在230/m3以下,保证材料的干密度和导热系数,检查单袋重量、及有效期,且严禁曝晒雨淋、兑入其它物料,。 6.耐碱涂塑玻璃纤维网格布应满足施工质量、技术要求。标准网达到139克/、网距44,耐碱抗拉强度经向534n/2.5、纬向535 n/2.5。网格的存放应立码,不宜平堆且应防火。7.聚合物抗裂耐水干粉砂浆:包装应为50/袋、保质期三个月,应存放在阴凉、防水、防潮的地点。符产品标准说明书及出厂合格证。六、主要施工工具、设备喷涂机、高压气泵、抹子、手持电动搅拌器、多用刀、拉线、靠尺等。branch network, the internet, support

46、2) 清扫墙面的浮灰,清洗油污。3) 墙表面突起物大于或等于10时应剔除。2、测量放线1) 在墙的顶部固定膨胀螺栓,作为挂线铁丝的垂挂点2) 根据外墙轴线向外返出外保温抹灰厚度控制点,而后固定垂直控制线两端3) 复测每层到垂直线的距离是否一致,偏差超过20的,查明原因后做出墙面找平层厚度调整。4) 根据垂直控制通线和水平通线做门窗洞口及大阳角处的灰饼.3、喷涂界面剂防潮层 防潮界面剂现场加水搅拌均匀后,用喷枪喷在基层墙体上,厚度为2, 喷涂时要均匀、无漏点。4、现场喷涂聚氨脂发泡1) 开机喷涂,将聚氨脂保温隔热材料均匀地自上而下、自下而上反复喷涂于墙面之上,每遍厚度宜控制在10之内,确保聚氨酯
47、层面厚度4、外墙面厚度2,尽量避免流挂象发生。喷涂硬泡聚氨酯保温隔热材料时要注意防风,施工喷涂应多遍完成。2) 喷涂聚氨酯现场发泡弹性体时,应将其压力调节至最高(1000psi以上)。如果压力较小,黑白料混合不均匀,会导致反应不完全,喷枪持续喷涂,压缩空气压力会下降,也可能导致喷涂的弹性体表面发粘。所以,在进行弹性体喷涂时,应间歇地松动板机,以便维持较高的压力缩空气压力。3) 喷涂聚氨酯现场发泡弹性体时,将加热保温管温度调节至7080,在此条件下将原料预热20分钟,再将主加热器温度调节6070,即可进行喷涂。原料加热的目的之一是降低黑白料的粘度,使两种原料的粘度接近,保证黑白料尽可能按设备要求
48、的比例混合。如果加热器温度过低或加热保温管温度过低,会导致在低温下黑白料粘度较大,混合不均匀,反应不完全,致使喷涂的弹性休表面发粘。4) 操作人员应根据喷涂弹性体颜色的变化来及时判断黑白料比例是否失调,如果弹性体颜色变浅,表明白料/黑料大于1,如果弹性体颜色变深,表明白料/黑料小于1。5) 如果在喷涂施工过程中出现弹性体发粘或不固化等现象,可以把不良部分清理掉,然后用溶剂清洗干净,即可重新进行喷涂。6) 用平喷混合头进行喷涂比圆喷混合头更能精确地控制喷涂的置,使喷涂的弹性体表面更平整、光滑。7) 喷涂弹性一次喷涂厚度约为0. 30.5毫米,应根据所需弹性体的厚度来确定喷涂的次数。8) 理想的喷
49、涂效果是喷涂弹性体在喷涂后35秒即可硬化,30分钟后即可进行一道工序。5、喷涂界面剂在喷涂完聚氨酯发泡工序后,用喷枪随即在上面均匀的刷涂一层界面剂,厚度为2。喷涂时要均匀一致,无漏点现象发生。6、保温颗粒抹灰1) 在喷完界面剂的硬质聚氨酯上进行保温颗粒浆料抹灰。保温胶料应在每个施工楼层进行拌合,需设专人专职进行搅拌,以保证拌合时间和加水量的准确性,在施工现场搅拌,质量可以通过观察其可操作性、抗滑坠性、膏料状态等方法判断。2) 用保温颗粒胶料在聚氨酯硬泡上做标准厚度贴饼、冲筋。在打底层抹灰时,保温浆料厚度不大于20,其平整度要求达到初步找平的标准。在间隔24小时以上抹面层保温颗粒浆料,厚度应控制
50、在10左右,略高于灰饼的厚度,而后用杠尺刮平,用抹子局部修补平整,待抹完保温面层30分钟后,用抹子再赶抹墙面,使平整度达到规范要求,其平整度偏差不应大于4,为下一步做抗裂浆胶面层打好基础。保温浆料应在4小时内使用完毕,回收的落地灰在4小时内回罐搅拌后使用完毕。6、面层施工:保温层固化干燥后(约24小时左右)方可进行施工,厂家已配制好,现场施工时加水用手持电动搅拌机搅拌,重量比为水:聚合物干粉砂浆等于1:5,即水灰比0.2,可操作时间不大于3小时。在保温层上抹抗裂面层胶浆,厚度控制在2,所抹面积略大于网片的长,将裁好的耐碱网格布曲面朝向基层压入抗裂胶浆中,平整不应有皱折,网眼胶浆饱满度应为100
51、%,耐碱网格搭接宽度不应小于65,耐碱网格布的边缘严禁干搭接,必须嵌在抗裂胶浆中,在基层大阳角转角处250范围内严禁搭接。面层砂浆施工应选择施工时及施工后24小时没有雨的天气进行,避免雨水冲刷造成返工。门窗洞口内侧周边及洞口四角均加一层网格布进行加强,洞口四周网格布尺寸为300200,大墙面粘贴的网格布搭接在门窗口周边的加强网格布之上,一同埋贴在底层聚合物砂浆内。 在预留孔洞位置处,网格布将断开,此处面层砂浆的留槎位置应考虑后补网格布与原大面网格布搭接长度要求而预留一定长度。面层聚合物抗裂砂浆应留成直槎,砂浆具体留槎位置见图。7、粘贴外墙面砖:待第一层初步干硬后,即可进行外墙面砖的施工:在粘贴
52、面砖前,应准备喷水器对所粘贴的基层进行喷水湿润,以不流淌为宜。在每一分段或分块内的面砖均匀为自下向上粘贴,从最下一层砖下皮的位置线先隐好靠尺,以此托住第一皮面砖,在面砖外皮上口拉水平通线作为粘贴的标准。挂线时,应横竖向均匀甩缝5,竖向缝隙挂双线,水平向挂单线,但要棱上跟线,在铺贴过程中及时垂吊,防止出现垂直偏差。超过3m时或中间腰线层高超过3m时,应用3m杠检查。九、质量管理措施 1、质量控制措施1) 加强人的控制,发挥“人的因素第一”的主导作用,把人的控制作为全过程控制的重点。管理必须尽职尽责,做好本职工作,同时搞好团结协作,对施工队严格管理,进行考核上岗施工,在安排施工计划时,全面考虑各种因素对工程质量的影响和人与任务的平衡,防止造成人为事故。2) 加强施工生产和进度安排的控制,会同施工班组长合理安排施工进度,在进度和质量发生矛盾时,进度服从于质量,合理安排劳动力,科学地进行施工调度,加强施工机具、设备管理、保证施工生产的需要。3) 加强施工物资的质量控制,原材料、成品、半成品的采购必须认真执行公司材料采购制度,凡采购到现场的物资、项目负责人必须严格认真检查其质量,数量、品种、规格等,必要时请施工班组参加。4) 严格检查制度,所有施工过程都要按规定认真进行检查,检
