2、 ideas with you. I am Bao Jin hua,from Xiaosha n NO.4 V ocatio nal School. The less on I dlike to prese nt is Less on 34 Keep ing Fit and healthy, a reading period of Unit 9 Health. I going to talk about it in six parts. That is, Analysis on Learners, Analysis on Teaching Material, Teaching Aids and
3、 Methods, Teaching Procedures, Writings on the Blackboard and Forecast of Teaching Effect.Part1 学情分析本教学设计实施的教学对象是外贸专业高二学生。(一)有利因素:1、学生基础相对较好; 2、他们对社会和新知有着极大的好奇感;3、本课时以健康为主题,内容涉及健身、运动、减肥等,恰好迎合了男生喜爱运动和女生爱美的心理特点。(二)不利因素:1、英语基础良莠不齐,两极分化严重; 2、阅读兴趣薄弱,技巧欠缺; 3、自主学习能 力缺乏。在教学中引起了高度重视,教师采取相应措施对其进行有效的调节与监控。Part
4、 1 Analysis on LearnersThe students I am teaching major in Fore ign Trade. They have something in common. Firstly, as their major is Foreign Trade, the y are of relatively good English proficiency. Secondly, they are curious about fashionable things and society. For example, they like cartoon very m
5、uch. Thirdly, as teenagers, they love beauty and exercise. The topic “Health ”which includes fitness, excises and losing weight meet their interest. These characteristics enable them to take an active part in class activities.On the other hand, their English levels appear serious polarization. They
6、are not very interested in reading but also lack of reading skills. Besides, they have little ability in self-learning. So I ll have to design the lesson with full consideration of my students current situation. Above all, I ll try my best to make the students enjoy the happiness of learning English
7、.Part2 教材分析(一)教学内容本教材是中等职业教育英语 (浙江人民出版社 2005 年 8 月版)第三册第九单元, 中 心话题是“健康” 。具体涉及疾病、食品健康、饮食、锻炼等。目的是引导学生关注自己的 身体健康、饮食健康、生病就医,多做运动。(二)教材的地位和作用第 34 课是以阅读材料的形式, 告诉学生要重视健康问题、 平时要养成健康的生活方式、 多进行定期的健身与运动。 健康这一话题, 贴近生活实际。 阅读课在整个单元的教学中扮演 相当重要的角色, 因而设计分两个课时来教学。 第一课时侧重的是阅读, 重点是把握文章大 意;第二课时侧重分析语言点、巩固课文内容并讲解习题。本课时是针对
8、第一课时设计的。 Part 2 Analysis on Teaching Material I The content of the materialThis book, issued by Zhejiang Peoples Publishing House, is a textbook for secondary vocational school. The lesson I am going to teach is Lesson 34, Unit 9, Book3.The main topic isHealth. It talks about illness, food protectio
9、n, diet, exercise and so on.II The status of the materialLesson 34 is a reading passage about Keeping Fit and Healthy. It is close to our real life. Reading plays an important part in English learning, so I divide the lesson into two periods. I n the first period, we will focus on reading and catchi
10、ng the main idea of the passage. While in the second period , we will deal with the language points of the tex t, and consolidate it with the help of some exercises. This design aims at the first period.(三)教学目标根据中等职业学校英语教学大纲的要求,结合学情分析、教材分析,特制定以下三 维教学目标 :1、知识与能力目标:1)掌握重点词汇 muscle, concerned, slim, hu
11、rry, fitness, maintain, join, pool 和词组 keep fit, do exercises, put on weight, fitness center, hurry off ;把握文意, 掌握保持身体健康的各种方法。2)训练学生的快速阅读能力,即通过找关键词、句及研究文章的首尾句的方式来获得 文章的主要内容的能力。3)运用知识设计健身计划,提高学生英语的实际应用能力。2、情感、态度与价值观目标 :提高学生学习兴趣, 培养合作精神和互助精神; 能在多种英语学习情景中体验用英语交 流的成功与喜悦;通过争做最美天使,使学生更加热爱生活、关爱他人。3、过程与方法目标:
12、1)通过动画演示,激发学习兴趣,导入新课;2)通过小组合作,设计健身建议书,实现学以致用;3)通过开设作业超市,促使学生自主学习。III Teaching ObjectivesAccording to The Teaching Program of Vocational School 大 纲 是 syllabus ? and my understanding of the teachi ng material and my students, I set the following teaching objectives:1、Knowledge and Ability Objectives1)
13、Master new words: muscle, concerned, slim, hurry, fitness, maintain, join, pool and phrases: keep fit, do exercises, put on weight, fitness center, hurry off ; Hold the meaning of the text and grasp various kinds of ways of keeping fit.2)Train the students abil ity in fast read ing. That is to say,
14、to catch the main idea by looking for key words/sentences, the first and the last sentences etc.3)Design a fitness plan with the knowle dge for the sake of improving the stude nts ability for practical use of English.2、The Processand the Method Objectives1)Enjoy video s in order to arouse the studen
15、tsinterest of learning and lead to the new lesson;2)Design a fitness plan in groups meets practical needs;3)Open homework super market to inspire the students autonomous learning.3、Emotion, Attitude and Value Objectives1)Inspire and arouse the students interest of learning; Experience the happiness
16、and success of using English in a variety of English learning situation;2)Cultivate the students spirit of cooperation and mutual spirit ;3)Participate the activity of acting as an angel to make the students love life and love others.(四)教学重难点 在仔细研究教材和学生的基础上,结合以上分析,我认为本课 教学重点 是:提高学生英语学习的兴趣及其快速阅读课文的技巧
17、。(解决方法 )为了突出此重点,教师用视频导入、 明星健身、争创美丽天使等活动来激 发学生兴趣。 阅读技巧的训练上, 教师先引导学生运用找关键词、 研究文章的首尾句等技巧 来概括段意,然后让学生自主学习,由此概括各段落大意。教学难点是 :结合教材及 Jack 的实际情况,为 Jack 设计一份具体的健身建议书,在 实际应用中提高英语思维及表达能力。(解决方法 )为了突破此难点, 教师用生动的视频进行直观教学, 更易于学生发现问题, 探究解决对策,对于学习困难的小组又提供了友情提示卡。IV Key Points and Difficulties in TeachingBased on the a
18、bove analysis, I think key points in teaching are to arouse the students interest of English learning and train their ability of fast reading.In order to stress on the key points, I used various ways such as lovely videos, famous star, marvelous angel and so on to inspire the students interest of En
19、glish learning. On fast reading, I lead the class to catch the main idea by looking for key words/sentences, the first and the last sentences etc. Then get the class to learn by themselves and conclude each paragraphs idea.The difficult point is to design a fitness plan for Jack according to the tea
20、ching material and Jacks situation. In this way, try to improves the students ability for practical use of English.In order to breakthrough the difficult , I used a lovely video to lead the discussion. It can help the class to find and solve the problem easily. Besides, I will offer an information c
21、ard to aid some groups if they need.Part 3 教法学法分析为实现以上教学目标, 根据教学大纲的要求, 结合本节课的教学内容, 及学生的认知水 平,设计以下教法、学法:(一)教学方法 :情境化教学、分层教学、任务型教学 这样的教法可以充分调动学生学习的主动性、 积极性, 使课堂气氛更加活跃, 同时培养 学生的自主学习能力。(二)学习方法 :任务型学习、合作学习、自主学习 这样的学法有利于培养学生的自主学习能力、探索精神和合作意识。(三)教学手段 :多媒体辅助教学 有利于激发学生学习的兴趣,增强直观感,增大教学容量,提高教学效率和教学质量。Part3 Tea
22、ching Aids and MethodsAccording to the modern teaching theory and my teaching aim,now I dlike to introduce my teach ing methods and aids.1. Teaching Methods:I adopt Situatio nal teachi ng approach, Stratified teach ing approach and Task-drive n approach to get to the aim. These methods help the stud
23、ents to get fully involved in the class and also cultivate their abilit y in autonomous learning.2. Lear ning Methods:Task-based learning. Cooperative learning, and Autonomous l earningThese methods are good for cultivating the students spirit of exploration and cooperation.Meanwhile helps to train
24、their ability in autonomous learning.3. 30、d healthy? 引起学生对本堂 课的总的思考,让学生带着问题进入课堂。Step1 Lead in (创设情境,激发兴趣,轻松导入)(It will take me about 3 minutes.)The activities in this step helps to arouse the students interest for the topic , and get students actively involved in lesson.1. After greetings, the teacher gets the class to watch a video about “
31、Backkom”. Ask the class to think over the following questions when they are watching it.3) Where is Backkom?4) Whats he doing?2. And then, the teacher asks further questions:1) Do you think he really needs doing such exercises? Why?2)Do you often do exercises?The video “Backkom ”quickly grasp the st

Meanwhile, the teacher naturally presents the vocabulary: fitness center, do exercises and lose weight.Finally, after the Ss answering, the teacher says, “Nowadays, many people find it is easy to forget about the importance of keeping fit. The sentence “But how to keep fit and healthy? ”can arouse the students to t hink over and take part in the class
34、 activities more actively.Step2 New Words ( 借助图片,激发热情,学习生词)( 4 分钟)1、Brainstorming:When we talk about “keeping fit and healthy ”, what words or phrases do you think of? 设计意图: 采用头脑风暴法,唤起学生的元认知,训练他们的发散性思维,使他们在最 短的时间内进入学习兴奋状态, 也为词汇教学作好铺垫。 同时, 此环节也检查了学生的预习 情况。2、借助图片,进行单词教学T: The teacher shows the class s

36、兴趣。 又结合学生们所喜爱的台湾 明星小S的材料,教授生词。进一步调动学生的感性认知,使学生在愉快的气氛中接触生词,把握词汇。3、 词汇巩固呈现所有生词 , 让学生齐读。然后,让学生边听课文录音边划生词,矫正并完善学生语 音语调。设计意图: 巩固生词,矫正并完善学生语音语调,并为后面的阅读扫清词汇障碍。Step2 New Words ( 借助图片,激发热情,学习生词)( It will take me about 3 minutes.)The activities in this step he lp to learn new words and expressions, making pre

Students are encouraged to list the words and phrases as many as they can. In this way, the teacher arouses the stud

Meanwhile, the activity checks the students prevision work.Activity 2 New WordsThen, the teacher shows the class some pictures and the corresp ondent stateme nts with somebla nks.
