8、领悟,使学生由被动变主动,积极参与学习过程,并亲自投身现场的模拟表演,使之产生浓厚的学习兴趣,让学生体会英语作为工具学科带来的乐趣。学生可以利用英语扩大自己的视野,获取知识,了解世界。使学生养成自觉使用英语和查阅英语资料的好习惯,为学生终身使用英语打下良好的基础。IV.教材分析1. 教材分析本单元以“礼仪”为中心话题,通过本单元教学,旨在使学生了解中西方礼仪文化的差异,提高学生的跨文化交际的意识,并结合实际,了解生活中的道歉、致谢常用语。由于 2008 年奥运会在中国举行,因此了解东西方礼仪的话题学生应该比较感兴趣。11 WARMING UP 部分以图片形式导出本单元的话题之一道歉,旨在通过模

9、拟真实情景,让学生体会现实生活中的道歉用语,培养学生处理生活中类似问题的能力。12 LISTENING 部分提供了一个生活中可能遇到的事例事先未经允许借用了别人自行车,而且又把车给丢失了。让学生通过“听”,真正掌握道歉用语的应用场合。1.3 SPEAKING 旨在通过情景练习提高学生的口语表达能力,进一步体会在一定情景中道歉用语的使用。1.4 PRE-READING 是 READING 的热身活动,旨在通过所提供的表格,让学生去讨论中国文化中的礼仪规范。在讨论总结中深入了解本民族的礼仪规范,并探究与西方文化中的礼仪之异同。1.5 READING 是一篇介绍西方餐桌礼仪的说明文。文章通过全面地介

10、绍西方的餐桌礼仪,让学生了解西方餐饮文化,培养学生的跨文化交际的意识,使他们适应当前世界文化交流的大潮,提前做好准备。1.6 POST-READING 部分通过练习检查学生对西方餐桌文化的理解、掌握,使学生对中西方文化有更深层的理解。1.7 LANGUAGE STUDY 分词汇和语法两部分。利用探究式学习方法,学习构词法及定语从句的相关知识,并达到熟练运用的程度。1.8 INTEGRATING SKILLS 通过范例让学生掌握感谢信的结构特点,并通过模仿达到会撰写,目的在于提高学生的英语写作能力。2. 教材重组2.1 将 WARMING UP 与 SPEAKING 合在一起,上一节“口语课”。

11、2.2 将 LISTENING 和 WORKBOOK 中的 LISTENING 整合在一起,设计一节“听力课”。2.3 将 PRE-READING, READING 和 POST-REDING 结合起来,上一节“阅读课”。2.4 将 WORKBOOK 中 TALKING 和 INTEGRATING SKILLS 的 READING 整合起来,上一节“泛读课”。2.5 将 LANGUAGE STUDY 与 WORKBOOK 中的语法练习题整合在一起,上一节“语法课”。2.6 将 INEGRATING SKILLS 与练习中的 WRITING 整合在一起,设计一节“写作课”。3. 课型设计与课时分
