1、吴非致青年教师读后感_读后感 _模板吴非致青年教 后感李 仙最近,有幸拜 了吴非老 的致青年教 一 。以往, 是 得 种教育理 方面的 籍太深奥,看得很累但收 甚少。可是,翻开致青年教 一 ,会 它的目 很新 , 都是一些拉家常的 ,不禁 我有 趣 深入 。于是,一个个真 的案例浮 在眼前, 些案例都是曾 或者 在正 生在我身 的。捧着 本 , 就好似在与一位 深的老教 促膝而 , 我一下子就把整本 看完了。吴非老 主要通 “做个有胸襟的教 ”、“不要急 ”、“心里装着学生的心 ”、“尊重常 ”、“不放弃理想 ”、“播下一粒善良的种子 ” 六个方面, 合自己的切身 , 述了青年教 具 的理想和

2、素养。 作 一名踏上工作 位不久的新教 , 我 照自己的教育 程,反思自己的教育行 , 和吴老 是有很大的距离。 吴老 提出的 点, 展示的事例, 我牢牢 住在心 。 了就 你的眼泪流出来 篇文章,我不禁想起了高一 候的 文老 。他是一名大学 、 相阳光、 性格温柔的男老 ,他从不向同学 脾气,即便大家 他“好欺 ”,在他 上行 放肆:有人吃 西,有人睡 ,有人 座位,有人坐地上听 老 也从来不 脾气,只是默默 气。 直到有一天, 老 于爆 了,他居然当着全班同学的面流泪了, 我 都震惊了,一位男老 居然会 着学生流泪。 老 , 他把 我 的放 当成了放松, 我 很无奈。那天老 倒出了他的所想

3、所思,后来我 的 文 堂 然一新,再也不是从前的 乱无章。 件事至今 我 犹新, 不正是吴老 所 的: 不要在学生面前掩 自己的情感, 不要担心在学生面前流泪, 如果 一切有利于他 人性的 醒。 倘若你竭力掩 , 有可能会被学生 作是冷漠,也有可能会 敏感的学生也去学 克制和忍耐。把你的 ,你的悲 和失望,甚至你的恨,都真 地袒露在学生面前吧!作 老 ,我 珍 自己的 。在我的身 ,很多老 都很珍 自己的 ,他 从自己的学科中 得教学的 趣,也 得生活的 趣。因 教 份 可以 你的成就感得到充分的 足。一个 自己的 都不 的教 是不可能成 秀的教 。 秀的教 是一 不 的灯,而那“开关 ”就在

5、 , 每天的作 就是 学生 他的学科 一个 。 有一位老 , 要是学生 他一个 , 就 一根棒棒糖。 爱因斯坦曾经说过:提出一个问题往往比解决一个问题更重要。基础教育阶段我们到底要培养学生什么样的能力呢?难道仅仅是学会解题和应付考试就足够了吗?显然不是,鼓励学生发现问题,这才是正确的教育方法。授之以鱼不如授之以渔。“没有问题 ”才是大问题。通读吴老师的故事,最让我印象深刻的是他用爱换来了爱。他不仅教书, 更重要的是育人。吴老师很讲究语言艺术,一般老师找学生谈话,都会说:到我办公室来一下或者跟我到办公室去。 但是吴老师则会对学生说: 你愿意到我的办公室来玩吗?这前后两种表达方式给人的感觉是完全不

6、一样的。 () 学生听了前者的表达,心里可能会默默地紧张,是要到办公室被批吗?心里踹踹不安。 而吴老师的问法, 不仅体现了师生平等, 他用这样的方式表达对学生的尊重, 学生在这样的环境中成长, 也就学会了待人接物的方式。 吴老师在每一个细节上都很尊重学生,心里装着学生的心。合上书页, 默默回味着吴老师的点点滴滴, 每一个平凡而真实的故事都折射出吴老师的人生观和教育观。 融入心中的同时我也被吴老师的理想深深感动, 他的经验为我们青年教师在教育的道路上做了很好的引导, 他的故事是我们青年在成长道路上的宝贵财富。 让我们一起用行动和理想教着、学着、思考着、努力着、幸福着,和吴老师一样。吴非致青年教师

7、读后感致青年教师读后感绘本好饿的毛毛虫读后感好饿的毛毛虫是一本充满了诗情与创意的图画书。如果说有一条虫子能一路畅通无阻地从一个国家爬到另一个国家,那么就是它了!三十多年来,这条从艾瑞克卡尔手里爬出来的红脑壳、 绿身子、 高高地弓起来走路的毛毛虫,已经“吞噬 ”了世界上二千多万个孩子的心。这是一本充满了诗情与创意的图画书。主要内容: 月光下, 叶子上躺着一颗小小的蛋。星期天早上,太阳升起来,“砰! ”从蛋里爬出来一条又小又饿的毛毛虫。他开始去找吃的。星期一吃了一个苹果,可还是好饿。星期二吃了两个梨子,可还是好饿。星期三吃了三个李子,可还是好饿。星期四吃了四个草莓,可还是好饿。星期五吃了五个橘子,

Though Hassan always said that Amir treated him as a friend, deep in his mind, he did not put them on the same line. In his eyes, Amir is the person he should look up to and protect, even do whatever

11、he can do to help. Amir was affluence in material, but he did not have friends because of his race. I dislike him because healways ran away when Hassan was hurted by the others in order to protect him. In my opinion, if he stand up fo Hassan, things would have been different. I could not understand

12、why Amir cheatedto make Hassan leave at first, though their“ friendship” is complicated. Now I come to know thatAmir may try to push Hassan out of the position as a servant. And he wished that they stand in the same line and Hassan can chase for the things wanted by himself. Though Amir s father sai

13、d that a boy who won t stand up for himself, becomes a man who won t stand for anything, Amir finally turned into a brave man who standed up for Sohrab, the son of Hassan.The kite tied Hassan and Amir tighter tighly. When I saw Hassan running after the kite, I realized that he was chasing for freedo

14、m as well. However when I saw Hassan running after the kite, I thought he was learning to protect things he cherished. He has failed to do so through academia or brawn, but theone area where they connect is the annual kite fighting tournament. Amir is determined not just towin the competition but to run the last kite a

His loyal friend Hassan is the best kite runner that Amir has everseen, and he promises to help him - for Hassan always helps Amir out of trouble. Then I came into a conclusion that it is the friendship and familyship fascinated me.To the world you are one person, but to the person who loves you, you are the

27、world. Amirwas Hassan s world. Amirs name had been the first word Hassan spoke. Hassan threatenedbrutal Assef for the sake of Amir. Hassan never failed to run the kite to please Amir. Hassansacrificed himself for Amir s house. These are more than a friend would do. Only those who lovesyou so much co

28、uld challenge himself to do what Hassan did to Amir.To Hassan, Amir was notonly a mere friend but a brother. He loved Amirmore than anything else. Even after Amirbetrayed him, he still told his son proudly” Agan Amir is my best friend” .Maybe for Hassanyou, a thousand times over” has another meaning

29、, which is not just kite running for Amir but hewill do anything for Amir.If Hassan could be described as an angel, then Amir was just a person. I did hate Amir for hewatched Hassan be raped and did nothing, for he made Hassan leave his born-place, for he aimed Hassan with fruit ( even though he act

30、ually tried to make himself get punished ) .() Amir didn t deserve what Hassan did to him. I thought his meanness caused Hassan s tragedy. But after Ifinished the book, I realized it is not Hassan s tragedy, it is Amir s. For what he had done toHassan, he had leda live with regret and suffered endle

31、ss sleepless nights. His going back toAfghanistan is notonly a journey physicallybut a journey to atonement. Hassan s son, hisnephew saved, Amir s sin was finallywashed. Likethe lifeofcircle, Amirran kite for hismiserable nephew.As Hassan did tohim,he said“ for you,a thousandtimes over ”toSohrab.Though the book doesn t give us an accurate ending whether Sohrab came into life again.I am sure love can cure everything. Only when Sohrab lives a happy life as Hassan hoped canAmir s sin washed up.The friendship between Hassan and Amir moved me. I believe All t
