6、一样的。 () 学生听了前者的表达，心里可能会默默地紧张，是要到办公室被批吗？心里踹踹不安。 而吴老师的问法， 不仅体现了师生平等， 他用这样的方式表达对学生的尊重， 学生在这样的环境中成长， 也就学会了待人接物的方式。 吴老师在每一个细节上都很尊重学生，心里装着学生的心。合上书页， 默默回味着吴老师的点点滴滴， 每一个平凡而真实的故事都折射出吴老师的人生观和教育观。 融入心中的同时我也被吴老师的理想深深感动， 他的经验为我们青年教师在教育的道路上做了很好的引导， 他的故事是我们青年在成长道路上的宝贵财富。 让我们一起用行动和理想教着、学着、思考着、努力着、幸福着，和吴老师一样。吴非致青年教师
