44、%；桥梁平面主桥位于直线段上，xx岸位于r=1500米的圆曲线上，xx岸引桥部分位于缓和曲线上，主桥下部结构：主墩采用双肢薄壁空心墩，群桩基础；过渡墩采用薄壁空心墩，群桩基础；引桥墩高墩采用薄壁空心墩，群桩基础；矮墩采用双柱式圆墩，桩基础；xx岸桥台为重力式u型台，扩大基础；xx岸桥台为实体桥台，扩大基础。（1） 地形、地貌xx特大桥位于xx省xx地区xx委xx乡xx村，桥梁上游为百里xx湖，地形地貌复杂，桥梁整体走向位于陡崖峡谷之中，大部分坡面大于85度，主要桥墩位于陡坡上，主墩承台部分悬空，特别是6#7#位于深沟峡谷中，岩石风化出露，植被茂密。（2） 地质、水文桥梁走向内基岩裸露，地质界限

47、抽取地下水净化后使用，在各集中用水点修建蓄水池。通过与当地水利部门沟通，百里xx湖水常年不枯，能够满足施工需要。3、 施工用电布置的专用动力线已通电，主要工程均采用此电力专线，考虑专线可能产生电力故障，因此在两主墩各配备一台250kw的移动发电机组作为应急预备电源。在主拌和站配备一台110kw发电机组。第4节 工程材料1、 砂石材料本标段沿线石料丰富，多为石灰岩。xx特大引桥、xx特大桥主桥材料来源为堡堡寨料场，该料场安装600900生产线一套，配套安装一台150kw制砂机，合计月产量2.5万方，该料场为全合同段内供应所需砂、碎石，能够满足生产需要。2、 水泥及钢材水泥和钢材从xx石东公司主材

48、入围厂家购进并运输至现场，通过询价和调查，短期内主材供应能够满足生产需要，并和供应商已洽谈好供应方案。同时在混凝土拌合站设置200吨的水泥储存罐，用来缓解特殊情况下的水泥供应短缺。3、 其他材料其他工程所需的材料按项目公司和规范要求根据工程进度适时购进，零星非主体工程所需材料就近采购。第5节 综合情况分析1、 工程分析xx特大桥是本合同段的控制性工程，也是全线的控制性工程。xx特大桥全长762.6m，主桥（6#墩8#墩）为81+150+81米的连续刚构，引桥（0#台5#墩）和（8#墩14#台）为40m的预应力混凝土箱梁，该桥技术含量高，施工难度大，主要体现在：（1） 主桥6#墩、7#墩为双肢空

49、心薄壁墩，最大墩高达114m；桩基最大深度为30米，承台为15.215.25m大体积矩形承台，梁体为大跨度连续刚构箱梁，所以主桥施工是本桥施工的关键。（2） xx特大桥6#墩7#墩地处深沟峡谷，地形条件极其恶劣，材料运输及设备安装困难，施工风险和进度控制困难。2、 本工程特点（1） 主桥为81+150+81米大跨度连续刚构梁，混凝土数量多达35517m，钢材用量5164余吨，工程数量大，工期紧张，材料、设备、人力投入较大，施工规模庞大。（2） “施工难度大，地形地质条件差，工期紧张”。主墩墩身为双肢空心薄壁超高墩，梁部为悬浇施工，在梁体的施工、悬浇的线型控制、应力监控、体系转换、中跨合拢，边跨

51、计划有序投入，避免窝工。2超深桩基施工6#、7#主墩桩基均位于陡坡上，直径为2.2米，最大深度达30米，工作面狭窄，各孔施工相互干扰大，安全隐患大。1首先开挖承台基础，保证各孔开孔高程一致，减少孔桩施工干扰。2加强安全防护，对孔口统一标准化防护，配置应急发电机、风机、软梯、对讲机、高音喇叭等安全设施。3加强安全和质量管理，每个墩配备专职安全员和技术人员，加强安全和质量巡查。4为确保进度，在7#和8#墩配置22立方米的大型空压机和发电机组。3承台大体积砼施工墩承台为大体积砼施工，易产生温度裂缝，怎样保证承台质量是施工难点之一。1选择低水化热水泥。2通过材料降温，降低砼入模温度。3采用薄层浇筑，以

52、利散热。4预埋循环水冷却水管，在混凝土内部进行水循环降温。5、在混凝土中掺入粉煤灰，以减少水泥用量，以降低混凝土水化热。6、在混凝土中掺入缓凝剂，减缓混凝土凝固时间，使其水化热逐步释放，以降低混凝土内部温度。7在混凝土内部预埋测温仪，进行温度监控。4超高墩施工最大墩高达114米，其施工方法及质量控制手段是本桥施工的重、难点。1模板系统采用多卡液压爬模。2砼上料采用泵送，其它材料用塔吊提升输送，工作人员用施工电梯上下。3墩身施工全过程用激光铅垂仪监控垂直度，保证高墩垂直度的精度。5悬臂梁的线型控制及应力监控梁体线型变化影响因素较多，施工中需随时调整，梁体应力也随工况不同而变化，应力监控和线型控制
