像:endow(L8,Lesson23); bewilder(L11, Lesson2

、1); vicinity(L4,Lesson7); recuperation(L5,Lesson46) 等等。

例如:第二十七课 The “Vasa” 作者在描写庞大的战舰时,使用了 “people watched this thing of beauty” (L9) 以及 “to produce this floating work of art” (L10), 就是最有力的佐证。

Alfred stayed in the camp a week before he returned to Athelney.
