1、员工奖励与处罚制度一、奖励和处罚级别1、奖励:嘉奖、记功、记大功、晋升。2、处罚:警告、严重警告、记过、开除。二、 奖励 一、)员工奖励分下列四种:1嘉奖:每次加发每月工资的5%作为奖金,并于月工资一并发放。2记功:每次加发每月工资的10%作为奖金,并于月工资一并发放。3大功:每次加发每月工资的20%作为奖金,并于月工资一并发放。4奖金:一次给予若干奖金。二、) 有下列事情之一者,予以嘉奖:1品行端正,工作努力,能适时完成任务者。2拾物不昧(价值300元以上)者。3有显著的善行佳话,足为公司荣誉者。4有团队精神,工作积极主动,工作突出足为楷模者。三、) 有下列事情之一者,予以记功:1对技术或管
2、理制度建议改进,经采纳施行,著有成效者。2遇有困难,勇于负责,处置得宜者。3检举违规或损害公司利益者。4发现职守外故障,予以速报或妥为防止损害者。四、) 有下列事情之一者,予以记大功:1遇有意外事件,奋不顾身,不避危难,因而减少损害者。2维护员工安全,冒险执行任务,确有功绩者。3维护公司重大利益,避免重大损失者。4有其他重大功绩者。五、)有下列事情之一者,予以奖金或晋级:1重要的建议,对公司确有贡献,并使成本降低,利润增加者。2对公司有特殊贡献,足为全公司同仁表率者。3一年内记大功2次者。4服务满2年,考绩优良,未曾旷工或受记过以上处分者。六、)员工惩罚分为五种:1警告:每次减发每月工资的5%
3、作为罚金,并于月工资一并减发。2记过:每次减发每月工资的10%作为罚金,并于月工资一并减发。3大过:每次减发每月工资的20%作为罚金,并于月工资一并减发。4降级:降级使用,相应核减薪资。5开除:予以解雇。七、)有下列特殊事情之一者,予以警告:1上班时间,擅离岗位,怠忽工作者。2因个人过失致发生工作错误,情节轻微者。3被主管人员说过2次以上,仍没完成者。4不服从主管人员合理指导,情节轻微者。5不按规则穿着服装或佩挂规定标志或穿拖鞋上班者。八、)有下列事情之一者,予以记过:1对上级指示或有期限命令,无故未能如期完成,致影响公司权益者。2在工作场所喧哗、嬉戏、吵闹、妨碍他人工作而不听劝告者。3对同仁
4、恶意攻击或诬害、伪证、制造事端者。4工作中酗酒致影响自己或他人工作者。5未经许可先行下班者。九、)有下列事情之一者,予以记大过:1擅离职守,致公司蒙受重大损失者。2在工作场所或工作中酗酒滋事,影响业务、事务等团体秩序者。3损毁涂改重要文件或公物者。4工作或擅自变更工作方法,使公司蒙受重大损失者。5工作时间内,做其他与工作无关事情,如上成人网站、玩游戏、听音乐等。6一个月内旷工达3日者。十、)员工功过抵消规定1嘉奖与警告抵消。2记功1次或嘉奖3次,抵消记过1次或警告3次。3记过1次或记过3次,抵消大过1次或记过3次,员工功过抵消以发生于同一月内者为限。qcwa3ptgz7r4i30ka1dkag
