6、时左足实,右足虚。接着,双手顺缠前掤,同时变右足为实,当双手转双顺而下时,左足后退一步,重心变右足为实,当双手转双顺而下时,左足后退一步,重心亦立即移左,坐左腿为实。在双手下榻时,形成全身蓄劲之势。(图38)接着,双手又转双逆缠向前上方卷蓄起来,变右足为实。然后上后又立即由前向左后顺缠而下。当双手下蹋时,又变左足为实。这是在前一蓄劲的基础上再加一蓄。最后一双逆缠发出挒劲。此时右掌心向外,左掌心向下。在发劲的同时,右足向前迈进半步,左足亦随之跟进半步,足跟铲地有声。(图38、39)这是第一个连珠炮动作,本式共有三个连珠炮动作。要点:本式适合于太极拳进入人圈内活动的开门手法。它的特点是以主动旋转双

7、手作为进入人圈的拳式。它的手法犹如推动水磨一般,以左手的旋转于内来防御胸口,以右手的旋转于外向前攻取。两手这样内外结合起来,不断地用左手加水料,用右手转动石磨地运动。同时,双足以跟步的步法跟进。虽然不去求沾对方,但只要旋转攻取的右臂某一部触及对方某一点时,就可在触及处作为沾点,连随地粘着而变化万千。此式采用了“以身进退”和灵活变换的中正身法,在客观上需要应变和转换时,都有裕余,并足以支撑八面。其次,因为上式是展翅的双开,因此本式首先须将它卷蓄起来,这是为了蓄而后发。同时,为了发得更脆,在发劲前在缩小一圈,以进一步加强它的弹性,然后沉着地发出劲去。发劲时,虽然右足为实,但为了“中土不离位”的中正
