2、eveloping and developed countries”. this class, i will talk about the second period “reading and vocabulary” (the human development report). i have been ready to begin this representation with seven sections:section1 the analysis of the teaching material外研版高中英语必修三共有七大模块,每个模块围绕一个主要话题开展听、说、读、写等活动。本模块话

3、题是“developing and developed countries.”,内容包括introduction, reading and vocabulary, speaking, grammar, writing等11个部分 。其中阅读部分是一篇关于the human development report的介绍性文章,文章介绍了2003年人类发展所取得的成就及存在的问题。全文包括报告产生的背景、报告所包涵的主要内容以及指标衡量的现状。在教学中我将淡化语言点和语法知识的简单传授,采用任务型教学法和小组自主合作探究学习法,设计不同的阅读练习,结合阅读技巧的应用由浅入深的从不同侧面来教授和培养学

4、生的阅读理解能力。section2 the analysis of learning我校是一所普通高中,学生思维活跃,乐于学习,但基础较差,学习方法不当。在高一第一学期英语学习的基础上,学生们还没有掌握一定的阅读技巧,也没有形成初步的阅读策略,所以在阅读教学中还应该不断实践略读、查读,预测、确定主题句和识别关键词等阅读微技能。本班为普通班,所以在此基础上我应以夯实基础、培养学习兴趣,改善学习方法为主,以此来促进学生能力的提高。因此,就学情而言,我一般把阅读课分为两个课时来教学,一是整体理解和细节的把握,二是语言点和知识点的落实。本节课为阅读课的第一课时。section3 teaching ai

5、ms本课为阅读课。根据新课标对阅读技能的以下测试要点:1 理解主旨大意。2 寻读具体信息。3 理解细节。4 根据上下文提供语境推测生词词义,进而加深对文段的理解。5 简单的判断和推理。6 理解文段的基本逻辑结构。7 理解作者的意图和态度。8 理解文段的文化信息。及结合我校学生的认知特点我确立了如下的三维教学目标: 知识与能力:1. 充分理解课文大意并完成所给的任务。2用所学的知识与伙伴进行交流、沟通,学会交际。 过程与方法: 在运用语言的过程中培养学生的观察力、分析力、想象力和自学能力,帮助学生加强记忆力,提高思维能力和运用英语的综合能力,激发创造能力,提高阅读能力。 情感态度和价值观利用多媒

6、体手段营造积极和谐的教学氛围,使学生不自觉地进入情景之中,充分调动学生的思维活动和情感体验,引起学生的共鸣。本部分旨在培养学生通过阅读手段,获取有关人类发展指数方面的知识,提高他们的素质,更多的了解时事,扩大他们的国际视野,提高阅读能力,强化文化意识,激发他们树立远大的理想来建设国家并为人类发展做贡献。本课重难点:重点:1.对词汇短语进行理解和掌握,为阅读做好铺垫2.通过略读、查读,预测、确定主题句和识别关键词等阅读微技巧形成阅读策略并提高逻辑推断能力。 3.通过阅读表达题训练学生猜词、翻译、同义句替换以及表述个人态度观点等高考题型。4.通过阅读表达掌握文章当中的生词、短语以及长难句 难点:1

7、.通过略读、查读,预测、确定主题句和识别关键词等阅读微技巧形成阅读策略并提高逻辑推断能力。 2. 通过阅读表达题训练学生猜词、翻译、同义句替换以及表述个人态度观点等高考题型。3. 如何帮助学生运用阅读策略,促进学生自主学习与合作。section4 teaching methods根据本课话题内容特点我采用学案,利用任务型教学法,活动教学法和交际法+形象、直观的多媒体教学手段来突破本课的重难点,同时为了调动学生的积极性和参与性,体现新课标中以学生为主体的多元化教学思想,我在每个任务活动完成之后都要求学生进行自我评价,2人互评和小组互评,最后再综合看看自己对这堂课的收获,这一部分主要体现在step

12、同时引出对学过的和阅读中要运用的词汇进行理解和掌握。另一方面通过讨论训练学生用英语表达自己的观点和态度,并借助这些问题层层推进对所要阅读文章的内容进行有效的预测。step2:reading comprehension: fast-reading (7 mins)task 1: skim the text and write the names of the countries below.(2 mins)task2:skim the text and match the main idea with each paragraph (5 mins)according to the main id

13、eas, summarize the structure of the passage:how to find the main idea of a passage:方法小结:1) the first sentence_2) the last sentence_3) in the middle of the paragraph_设计意图: 紧扣上一环节进入阅读,首先进行快速阅读,把文章作为一个整体来处理。任务设计的目的就是运用略读技巧,让学生通过标题或首段和尾段找出文章的大意;通过文章每段的首句和尾句找出每段的段意,学会找出主题句;并简要分析文章的体裁和结构特点,最后让学生对阅读策略进行总结。

14、文章和段落大意及文章结构分析都是高考阅读理解当中必考的题型,在阅读教学中进行训练很有必要。尤其是文章结构我使用的是图形来展示,这样让学生一目了然,这也是高考阅读中出现过的题型。step3: careful-reading (15 mins)there are two tasks here by listening:task 1: choose the best answers (6 mins) from the passage, we know that 147 world leaders agreed to work together to reduce poverty _.a. only

18、,推断题以及文章主旨题让学生熟悉高考题型并养成良好的阅读习惯,培养阅读技巧,提高阅读能力。本环节前三道题难度不高适合基础弱的学生即便学困生也能完成此任务, 后两道属于拔高题适合基础较好的学生。通过这样的题型训练不仅让学生熟悉高考题型,也能通过难度由易到难实现分层次教学,也能让学困生找到自信,提高学习兴趣。task 2: reading expression (9 mins)1. how did the report come out?2. whats the meaning of the word “measure” in the paragraph 2?3. please translate

19、 the following sentence in paragraph 2 into chinese. “norway is at the top of the list, while the us is at number 7.”4. please find out the sentence which can be replaced by the following one. “in the report, we can see that although some achievements have been made, we still have long way to go.”5.

20、 what do developed countries need to do? 设计意图: 任务二是结合书上p12 activity1的问题和高考题型而改编和设计的阅读表达题,包括事实细节、猜词、翻译、同义句替换等题型。出这样的题型有两个目的,一个是训练学生完成阅读表达题型并进行相应的解题方法点拨,另一个目的是通过这几道题引出文章中的重要的语言点以及难理解的句子进行讲解。例如:本模块的语法重点是连词,其中3和4两道题中对while 和although / but两个连词的理解就很关键,这也为下课时语言点和语法的讲解做好了铺垫。还有借助第五题的事实细节题,可以让学生从文章中找到答案,进一步加深

21、对文章的理解。step 4: post reading-discussion (8 mins)task1: we know there are lots of problems in some developing countries, they need our help, how should we help them?discuss in four groups, try to think of ways to help them. these topics may help you.when you enjoy your meal, remember lots of people ar

22、e hungry;when you study, remember lots of children cannot;when you enjoy yourself, remember lots of people suffer from diseases;when you live peacefully, remember lots of people suffer from the war.like this to say: there are lots of problems in some developing countries, we should/ ought to / try t

23、o so lets give our hand and help them. then the world will become a better one.设计意图:这道任务是开放性问题,我把学生分成四个小组,分别从四个方面去引导学生有目的地进行小组讨论和合作探究,同时也给出了句子的开头和结尾,这样就降低了本题的难度性,让学生有话可说,提高学生们讨论的参与性和积极性,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,促进学生英语语言运用能力的提高。step5: summary (3 mins) 分别在以下表格中填入“不理想”、“中等”、“优秀”词汇、词组、句型、语法 阅读技巧和方法参加活动情况自我评价2人互评小组互评 设计意图:自我检测+小组互检,要求学生在完成每个任务后对照
