24、ice 起重装置起重装置 any machine or device used to lift a load from its supporting surface. such devices include, but are not limited to the following; crane, hoist, hoisting system, chain fall, come-along, jack, jacking system, gin pole, derrick, monorail hoist, gantry crane, levers, pulley system, air bag

34、工作的实施。 4.3epc and c contractors lead field engineer (lfe) 总总承包商和施工承包承包商和施工承包商现场主管工程师商现场主管工程师(lfe) the lfe is responsible for overseeing the design of lifting systems, hauling systems, and temporary structural systems required to support project work operations. the lfe is also responsible for ensuri

35、ng that all heavy haul plans and that all critical or heavy lift plans are reviewed and approved in accordance with this procedure, prior to the start of the work. the lfe is responsible for the appropriate categorization of all critical lifts. 现场工程部经理(pfe)负责监管支持起重工作的起重系统、拖运系统和临 时支撑系统的设计。项目现场工程部经理也负

55、a program (methodology) is in place to handle these loads and comply with this procedure. one example would be to develop a standing rigging plan (or procedure) in which the only changes needed would be the new lift weights of the materials being off-loaded. another approach would be to ensure heavy

56、 deliveries arrive on site with prior notification, to provide engineering ample time to prepare the required rigging plan. whatever method is desired, it should be included in the project hauling/lifting execution plan. 注:注:因为施工不断地有设备和材料到场这个特点(有时没有事先通 知),现场主管工程师、现场材料经理和仓库经理必须确保现场有 一套程序(方法)按照本程序要求处理
