1、军训心得体会英文版第一篇：实习心得体会实习心得体会7月18日及7月22日于ap模具部实习两天，此次主要 的目的是了解模具修模的作业流程，加深对本公司产品制备 的了解，同时认识相关的负责人，为后续热处理积累基础。 此次实习的收获与体会如下：收获方面：第一，清楚了模具修模的作业流程。模具零件依设计图纸检验，检验项目包括长、宽、厚及 硬度等尺寸；模具零件备品钳工加工倒角，装配组立加工步骤：模具倒角研磨油沟、模板厚度测量、冲头装配、模板组立；模具组立步骤： 所有零件及模板作消磁动作； 上下垫板组立于上下模座，轻敲定位销作配合定位，螺丝锁紧； 母模板组立于上下模座，螺丝锁紧，检查模板闭合后 进行下步动作

2、； 组装母模板入块，透光检查落屑孔； 装好脱料板入块后背板锁紧组立于上下垫板 组立于上下夹板； 组装冲头待装备合模； 组立于上模座，先锁夹板螺丝，等高套筒，切边冲头等合模检查模具闭合不可大于一个料厚 ； 组立上模盖板及其主标准件等 ； 模具组立完成。第二，明白了精冲模具基本零件的作用。上下模板：垫 高用机台锁固；垫板：防止冲头后退；夹板：固定冲头；导板：导 正脱料板；脱背板：固定脱料板内零件；脱料板：亚料 /脱 料/冲头固定；母模板：固定下模零件；母模背板：防止下 模零件退后；保护套：保护模具内零件。第三，认识了主要负责及操作人员。体会方面：第一，当某几个事物或人相似度很高时，我们经常说它们简

3、直是一个模子里刻出来的。这里的模子就相当于模具。精冲零件 首先必须要有模具，可见模具对于冲压的重要性。所以要保 证产品的质量，必须要保证模具的质量不会出问题。第二， 在加工或者处理零件时，要准备备品以防止不 必要的投入。 第三， 车间内一些设备具有一定的危险性， 所以必须要注意安全问题。第四， 搞设计必须要有工作现场的经历才能最大限度地降低所设计产品的不合理率.internship experiencewe practiced two days in theap mold department on july 18 and july 22, the main purpose is to kno

11、ve mould at first, so mold is important visibly for stamping. we must ensure thequality of the mould don t have problem, making sure the quality of the product.secondly, in the processing or processing parts, to prepare spare parts in order to prevent the unnecessary spending.thirdly, some workshop

19、 done!第三篇：军训心得体会军训心得体会现在离军训结束已有些日子了，但回想起发生的点点滴 滴仍能清晰的记起，仿佛一切就发生在昨天。我想它将会是 我大学校园生活浓墨重彩的一笔，我们苦过，累过，苦过， 笑过，无论是留着汗水的脸颊，湿透的衣服，还是发痛的双 脚都让我难以忘怀。不知从什么时候开始“军训”两字已深 深的印在我的脑海里，短短十五天也让我对军训的生活有了 重新的定义，我从中认识了很多，也收获了很多。每天清晨天还没亮的时候我们就得起床，这对于平时有赖床习惯的 我们来说是有点困难，可是大家还是准时起床来到训练场， 大家对于军训的态度还是很严肃很端正的。炽热的太阳，晒 在皮肤上是干干的甚至有痛

20、的感觉，晒着眼睛都睁不开，这 是我深有感触的。但无论谁都没有退缩，在跟太阳作战，太 阳毒，比太阳更厉害的是我们不服输的精神。站军姿时，即 使前脚掌已经很痛，没有教官的命令，我们丝毫都不动。定 姿势时，胳膊很酸，不自主的颤抖，但是当教官说“后摆高 一点”时，我们还是尽力将颤抖的胳膊向上抬起。坚定的毅 志力就是这样一点一点培养起来的。我相信经过这次军训的 磨砺，我们将一改以往懒散的作风，真正像早上八九点钟的 太阳一样朝气蓬勃，活力四射。不知不觉中我发现我成长了， 变得坚强，吃得苦，我相信这对以后的生活也是很有帮助的。虽说军训只有短短的十五天，但是它对我们的影响却应 该是一生的，是它锻炼了我们的身体
