9、 is a football. 有一个足球。(2) and so on 意为“等等”,列举事物时用于句尾,表示列举完了同类事物。e.g. i like apples, bananas and so on. 我喜欢苹果、香蕉等。2. why not go upstairs and have a look? 为什么不上楼看看呢?why not +动词原形?意为“为什么不?”,用于提建议,也可替换为 “why dont you+ 动词原形?”e.g. why not ask the teacher for help? = why dont you ask the teacher for help?
