2、procedures accurately and ensure that guests are satisfied completely. PROCEDURE1 Do Not Disturb Requests (DND)When a guest made a request for “Do Not Disturb”, the operator must clarify whether the guest does not wish to receive all calls or only local calls. Other special instructions given by the

3、 guest must be noted down in the Logbook.The following are noted: Date Time Name of Guest (Could be verify in Fidelio system) Room number From what time to what time Remarks Operator InitialThis logbook is checked daily before the start of each shift by Supervisor.2. Set up the “DND” status on the t

4、ime on the “Remind-O-Timer”.3. The PABX system can block all calls from calling the room as requested by the guest.4. Telephone Operator should inform caller that the guest not wishes to be disturbed.5. Telephone Operator should suggest the caller to leave the message. Should the caller insist on speaking to the guest, as it is important or urgent, direct the call to the Assistant Manager for further assi
