1、员工食堂用餐管理办法*(*) 有限公司员工餐厅用餐管理办法第一章 总则为加强公司工作餐费用的规范管理理顺员工餐厅各项操作流程规范用餐人 员凭卡/票用餐的使用方式保证员工餐厅的顺利运营结合*工厂实际特制定本办法。第二章 工作餐费用的管理一、发放标准。1、人力资源部、行政部、财务部、生产部、采购部员工以及生产非一线员工 按8元/天/人标准176元/月以实际出勤天数计算。2、 生产倒班一线员工的工作餐费用含保安、包装车间员工, 不含核算员 , 、 酿造动力车间酿造岗、综合岗、污水站员工、技术质量部化验岗、质检岗员工、仓 储部成品库、瓶箱场叉车司机 /保管员、综合库叉车司机按标准 13 元/天/人以

2、实际出勤天数计算。3、 提供固定辅助工工作餐一餐即包装车间跟线的劳务工,不包括卫生工 , 、 成品库下线叉车司机、上下箱叉车司机、综合库叉车司机、瓶箱场叉车维修工早 餐按 3 元/人标准、中餐 /晚餐/夜宵,其一, 按 5 元/人标准上班当日凭票用餐次 日无效行政部每天按实际收票用餐数进行统计。二、预充值方式。1、采取提前预充值的方式。,1,预存标准=岗位餐费标准,8元/日/人，X标准工作日22天document management as a breakthrough, and constantly improve the content, active in the application

8、,1, 人力资源部在每月 3日前按各岗位人员上月实际考勤天数核算出上月 实际餐费标准结合上月预充值的费用金额计算出差距。,2, 行政部在每月 5日下午14：00 点前与财务部人员一起将存在差距 ,多预充 或少预充 , 的人员卡上余额进行登记交人力资源部。,3, 人力资源部于每月下午 17：00 点前根据员工饭卡余额结合应发放工作 餐费金额在当月预充的工作餐费中进行多退少补制作发放明细表经分管副总 审批后交由餐厅人员进行清零和签名充值处理。举例说明 ：张* 5月预充工作餐费用 176元, 行政班, 当月实际出勤 20天应享受 工作餐费用为 160元多预充费用 1 6元而其卡上余额仅为 10元则在

14、费用中 增加 39 元即 286+39=325元,2、预充值时间,1,全员,含营销中心，新工作餐费用预充值时间统一为每月的5日一一8日逾期未充不予受理。,2, 个别外来人员 , 鲜啤间、劳务公司办公室、营销中心驻外人员等 , 每月1012日可到营业大厅刷卡预存凭刷卡单到工厂财务部开具餐厅用餐费用收据 凭单到员工餐厅办理充值自费预存款可延续使用不作清零。,3,部分人员因用餐次数或用餐标准超限而造成的金额不足可于每月24 26日到财务部交费由财务部开具用餐费用收款单凭单到员工餐厅进行充值。,4, 员工餐厅工作人员只限于每月的 5 日 8日、10 日12日、 25日 26日进 行售饭系统的充值操作其

15、它时间严禁充值。三、余额清零管理1、每月五日晚餐起员工餐厅工作人员在操作充值时先对各人员卡上余额进行对照清零一经发现未按规定执行的情况予以考核工作人员200 元/ 人次。2、离职员工需在办理最后手续时将餐卡在员工餐厅售饭系统进行金额注销 由人力资源部、行政部共同监督登记餐卡交于人力资源部。3、每月工作餐费结余清零的总费用用于员工餐厅特殊加餐、部门聚餐、添 加水果、食堂活动等需经行政部申请经分管副总与执行总经理同意后使用。document management as a breakthrough, and constantly improve the content, active in the

21、由各自用餐人员自行清洗、保管可选择带出餐厅或存放于 餐厅碗架内餐厅人员配合贴上统一标识。4、公司员工邀请外来业务人员 , 非雪花,到餐厅用餐需告之餐厅人员使用 临时性餐具不允许使用公司内餐具。5、特殊情况需要外带打包的需经各车间 /部门负责人签字确认后执行。、餐卡管理元/张原饭卡余额经查实后可转存到新餐卡。2、专卡专用员工餐卡不可随意借于他人使用严禁外借给非公司员工使用 劳务工、临时工、司机 , 一经查实没收餐卡并取消该人员当月工作餐费用。 document management as a breakthrough, and constantly improve the content, ac

27、荤一素 , 其一净荤 2.5 元、半荤 1.5 元、青菜 0.5 元、米饭 0.5 元, 煮潮汕粿条 ,面,消费分 6元、 8元、 10元/碗。3、工作餐,凭餐票,标准:5 元两荤一素 ,其中两个半荤为 3.5 元青菜 0.5 元 米饭 1 元 ,4、夜宵标准 :消费下限 3元根据个人喜好选择性用餐如煮面、饺子、粿条 等。5、加菜收费标准 : 标准外,或特色菜 ,加菜按净荤 2.5 元、半荤 1.5 元、青菜0.5 元/ 份加量固定劳务工工作餐不予加量如会议确定好的工作餐标准可以提 前一天,半天,进行调整用餐时不予加菜 , 避免餐厅准备不足影响其它员工正常 用餐,。四、外购食材管理 为满足餐厅
