Please refer to the followi ng page for terms and con diti ons.This Buy-Sell Agreeme nt, here in after

The agreement is affective on September 1,2010/after signed or typing name on the Sign ature line by both of XXXXXXXXXX and XXXXXXXXXX.2. Shipme ntThe Sellers shall ship the goods within the shi
7、pment time. Partial shipment is not allowed.12. Shippi ng AdviceThe Sellers shall, immediately upon the completion of the loading of the goods, advice the Buyers of the Con tract No., qua ntity, inv oice value, gross weight, date of shipme nt etc.13. Guarantee of QualityThe Sellers guarantee that th
8、e commodity hereof is made of the best materials with first class workmanship, brand new and unused, and complies in all respects with the quality and specificati on stipulated in this Con tract.14. Warra ntyThe seller guarantees the goods delivered are in conformity with quantity, quality and speci
9、ficati ons as provided in the Con tract.15. Force MajeureThe Sellers shall not be hold resp on sible for the delay in shipme nt or non-delivery of the goods due to Force Majeure, which might occur duri ng the process of manu facturi ng or the course of loading or transit. The Sellers shall advice Bu
10、yers immediately of the occurre nee men ti oned above and within fourtee n days thereafter, the Sellers shall send by airmail to the Buyers for their accepta nee a certificate of the accide nt issued by the Compete nt Gover nment Authorities where the accide nt occurs as evide nee thereof. Seller s
11、in ability in obta ining export lice nse shall not be con sidered as Force Majeure.U nder such circumsta nces the Sellers, however, are still un der the obligati on to take all necessary measures to hasten the delivery of the goods. In case the accident lasts for more tha n 10 weeks, the Buyers shall have right to can cel the Con tract.16. This con tract is made in En glish, Two copy ones of this con tract will be held by the Buyer, the Seller respectively.By signing or typing name below, both parties have agreed on the terms and conditions of
