48、mulgated in march 1984 and revised in september 1992. the laws main points include: (1) for research conducted using equipment and materials supplied by a research institution, where the researcher is employed, the patent right belongs to the institution. for research conducted by the researcher, wi

54、achievements can invest on their own to transform the findings, or transfer the research to others. they can also take the achievements as investments or shares to jointly transform the achievements with others; (3) in the transformation activity, the research institutions, research achievement tran

55、sforming institutions and the investors should sign contracts concerning the subsequent application and operation of the achievements; (4) the government ensures a certain share among the total funding for research and development to be used in the transformation of research results; (5) the governm
