24、ions1. 一般规定 General Provisions1.1 定义 Definitions在包括专用条件和本通用条件的合同条件 （ “本合同条件 ”）中， 以下措辞和用语的含义如下所述。除非上下文中另有要求，指当事人和当事各方的词包括公司和其它法律实体。In the Conditions of Contract (these Conditions), which include Particular Conditions and these General Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the mea

Words indicating persons or parties include corporations and other legal entities, except where the context requires otherwise.1.1.1 合同The Contract1.1.1.1 合“同 (Contract) 指”合同协议书、 中标函、 投标函、本合同条件、规范、图纸、资料表、以及在合同协议书或中标函中列明的其它进一步的文件(如有时 )。Contract means the Contract Agreement, the Letter o

28、the Letter of Tender, including any annexed memoranda comprising agreements between and signed by both Parties. If there is no such letter of acceptance, the expression Letter of Acceptance means the Contract Agreement and the date of issuing or receiving the Letter of Acceptance means the date of s
