1、teaching plan学校:惠东县平山飞鹅中学设计教师:谢乃探 课题名称:module 8 unit 1 its the last day before the new school year begins.教学年级:初二课型:listening and speaking教材版本:外研版授课时间:40分钟一、学生分析1、本班大部分学生对英语比较感兴趣,乐于参与各种调查、汇报、表演等实践活动,有一定的综合语言运用能力。2、到初二学年后段,学生已具备了一定的英语基础。通过modules5,6,7的学习,学生基本掌握相关的几种从句的形式,形成了正确使用从句的意识,为本课学习打下了基础。二、教材分
2、析本课是该模块的第一单元,该模块以节假日为话题,通过听、说、读、写等活动增加对中外节假日的了解,特别是对中国节假日和庆祝方式的了解。节假日与学生的的生活紧密相连,也是他们很赶兴趣的话题。通过学习本课,有助于学生了解中西方文化不同,加深对中国文化的了解和对祖国的热爱。本课涉及月份、节日、过节的方式,所以在处理教材时,让学生介绍一个中国的节假日,达到知识拓展和迁移的目的。三、教学目标根据英语课程标准,结合学生实际和本课的课型,教学目标的核心任务是能听懂谈论节假日简短对语,谈论有关节假日和过节方式,具体目标设定为以下几个方面:1、语言知识、技能目标:a.掌握词汇:celebrate, labour,
3、 season, vacation, while, labour day(may day).b.能通过简单记录方式抓住听力材料的细节信息。c. 能正确用英语说出日期,能够谈论中国节假日。2、情感态度目标:a.提高学习英语兴趣,树立信心,培养其积极主动参与各种语言实践活动的学习态度。b.培养合作精神,乐于与他人分享经历。3、学习策略目标: 通过自主探究学习、合作交流和交际过程中学习英语,完成学习任务后,学生会进一步学会探索适合自己的学习方法,积极参与课堂内外的英语活动,大胆地训练自己的英语能力。四、教学策略本节课型为listening and speaking,根据新课标的要求,结合教材和学生特
4、点,运用情景、听说、直观、活动等方法创设教学情景,用“导”“引”方式去调动学生积极参与,让学生自主探究学习、合作交流,使学生在愉快的氛围中达到学习目标。本节课所需教具及资料:图片、录音机等。1、通过让学生说出中美两国节日,激发学生学生的好奇心,为学习新课打下伏笔。2、通过展示美国独立日的图片,让学生尽可能的说或猜测,培养学生的听、说能力。3、运用图片,创设情景,发挥想象,创设语景,学习词汇,并通过练习、讨论等形式巩固词汇。4、通过听、读、说等多种语言活动来完成任务,达到学习和掌握语言的目的。5、通过表演、交流信息,强化运用所学知识,同时在运用过程中发展语言的能力。五、教学过程教师活动step

7、4 and make sure they understand what they do. play the tape for the students. play the tape again. call the answers from class.let the ss practise reading the dialogue。ss act out the dialogue in pairs. the others listen and find out the points that they dont understand. then discuss any difficulty t

12、s.choose the best answer in avtivity5设计意图用holiday话题引起学生的学习兴趣,使课堂充满轻松、愉快的气氛。让学生谈论他们知道的节假日,能调动学生的学习情绪,而且能够自然引入话题。出示挂图,引起学生的注意力,观察并说出图中的节日,让学生发挥想象,让学生在语景中学习词汇。本活动起到引入话题和准备词汇的作用,为下面的听力训练扫清障碍。学生听录音,钩出对应的时间,训练学生辩认日期的能力。学生听录音并根据录音内容回答两个相关问题,训练学生从听力材料中获取主要信息的技能。并通过有目的的听读训练,在学生理解、熟悉对话的基础上,即在听读“输入”的基础上,激发学生的“
13、说”。通过这些活动,培养学生的合作、探究精神。六、课后反思 1、教学特色和教学最成功的方面:1)全面实现了各项教学目标。使学生掌握本课的单词和短语,掌握一般过去时的用法,能运用所学知识询问、回答有关过去的事情和经历。2)重点突出,形式多样:通过pair work, group work, game, listening, speaking, reading等形式让学生充分练习运用一般过去时的表达,从而能熟练掌握,激发兴趣,使学生的互助合作精神和主动探究精神得到了充分的体现。3)“任务型教学方法”的运用,使学生成为课堂的真正主人,在课堂教学中体现“学”重于“教”,充分体现了新课标所要求的“体验式
14、”学习的精神。如在step4中给学生布置一个任务,采访他们好朋友的小学生活,并做报告。设计这一任务时是在学生理解课文句型的基础上,让他们去收集语言信息,灵活处理、运用语言,突出了综合能力的训练与运用。4)整体目标灵活、开放,内容由浅入深,由知识向能力过度,突出实践能力。待添加的隐藏文字内容32、存在问题和改进措施:本节课中,老师虽然在课堂教学中训练到学生的听、说、读的能力,也把学过的动词短语等融入到课堂操练中,但在学生习得语言拓展上做得不够,尤其对没学过的词汇涉及较少,可以补上一些词汇和短语,拓展学生的知识、能力。板书设计:did tony come to china in march, 20
