2、发展尤为必要。本文首先总结了企业过度投资的基本定义，投资行为的相关理论，过度投资的识别与度量方式，以此来说明治理企业过度投资的意义所在，提出其治理企业过度投资的必要性。然后，通过对于企业过度投资的成因介绍，针对原因与存在的问题，一一写明企业过度投资治理的基本方式。接着，通过分析国有上市企业巨化集团，从其投资效率和业绩分析出，巨化集团是否存在过度投资，影响其发生过度投资的因素，最后得出治理方案和建议，用具体的案例，去分析过度投资的成因及治理方式，最后提出结论。 关键词：过度投资；成因及度量；公司治理；巨化集团 杭州电子科技大学信息工程学院本科毕业论文 abstract in recent yea
