毕业论文开题报告范例毕业论文开题报告范本 本科毕业设计(论文)开题报告 题目: 现代纺织企业5s现场管理研究以江阴福汇纺织 股份有限公司化室为例 课 题 类 型: 设计 实验研究 论文 学 生 姓 名: 学 号: 专 业 班 级: 工业工程(升) 学 院: 管理工程学院 指 导 教 师: 开 题 时 间: xx 年 3 月 1 日 一、毕业设计(论文)内容及研究意义(价值) (一)研究内容: “5S”管理理论是现代企业行之有效的现场管理理念和方法,就是 (SEIRI)、整顿(SEITON)、清扫(SEISO)、清洁(SEIKETSU)、素养(SHITSUKE)、) 五个项目,因均以“S”开头,简称5S。 5S起源于日本,通过规范现场、现物, 营造一目了然的卖场环境,培养员工良好的工作习惯,其最终目的是提升人的品 质:革除马虎之心,养成凡事认真的习惯(认认真真地对待工作中的每一件“小 事”、每一个细节。),“5S”管理要求在中学会判断,在整顿中学会节约, 在清扫中学会标准化,在规范中学会定置化、制度化,在素养中形成习惯,培育 和升华企业安全文化,养成遵守规定的习惯,养成自觉维护卖场环境整洁明了的 良好习惯,养成文明礼貌的习惯。 企业要提高利润、提升自身形象以及提高管理水平,必须从生产现场管理入 手。因此,目前有越来越多的企业都意识到了现场管理的重要性,从而使他们将 目光重新聚焦于现场1。但是,绝大多数企业在推行现场管理的时候,基本上都 是从专业管理或要素管理这一功能应用层的角度入手,无法使现场得到 _的、 全面的、系统的提高和改善 。但是5S管理方法是是从实践中总结出来的,是现 代制造企业现场管理改善的常用方法2,需要充分了解企业生产现状,结合5S 理论的方法,才能设计出科学的实施方案。 本文采用实证研究的方法结合案例企业实践,就5S管理理论及如何运用5S 理论,提高企业化室现场管理水平,进行了详尽研究与探讨。在清晰而透彻的 5S理论阐述的基础上,研究现代纺织企业化室5S现场管理体系的建立,在实习 的过程中分析江阴福汇纺织股份有限公司纱厂化室管理现状,找出现场管理中存 在的问题,运用5S方法去逐步的改善化室现状,提出具体可行的改善方案。5S 是一项理论上非常浅显易懂而实际操作上又非常注重技巧的现场管理方法,因此 本文主要关注的是5S方法推行与实施的的具体过程,把5S理论应用到企业管理 的实践中去,从而能更全面的系统的了解5S管理方法,并且希望本文能给有关 的企业和管理人员以实际操作上的借鉴和帮助,主要内容有: 1、详细阐述分析5S管理方法理论; 2、设计5S方法在化室的应用方案; 3、分析江阴福汇纺织股份有限公司化室现场管理现状; 4、对照“应用方案”,分析江阴福汇纺织股份有限公司化室现场管理存在的问题, 并提出改进方案; 5、总结关于该改进方案被领导、同事的接受程度和5S管理的适用范围、在全场 范围内的推广运用及运用5S管理的注意事项等; (二)研究意义: 江阴福汇纺织有限公司(简称福汇),是福田实业(集团)有限公司全资 子公司,拥有先进的针织布生产设备,包括织造、染布、染纱等。 厂房位于中国江苏省江阴市的江阴经济开发区。自xx开始投产,福汇生产的 布匹广被美国、欧洲、日本及其他亚洲的品牌及零售商所采用。本文通过研究先 进的5S现代管理理念,结合江阴福汇纺织股份有限公司化室的实际情况,制定 出基于5S方法的纺织公司化室现场管理方案及其实施方法,逐步改进公司化室 的现场管理水平,具体研究意义为: (1)理论意义:将5S现代管理理念应用于纺织公司化室现场管理,拓展5S管 理理论的应用范围。 (2)实践意义:提出的江阴福汇纺织有限公司化室现场管理体系,提升了该公 司化室现场管理水平,表现在提升化室形象、降低成本、提高效率、减少浪费、 质量保证、安全生产、提高设备寿命等方面。 二、毕业设计(论文)研究现状和发展趋势(文献综述) (一)研究现状: 近年来,5S在日本取得巨大成就后引起了世界企业的关注。5S越来越被世界 范围优秀企业广泛认同和采纳。各个国家的企业家开始研究5S管理的方法,越来 越多的企业也开始实施5S管理。由于各个国家的发展水平不同,5S管理方法现 状也有所不同,但是5S应当围绕着工作现场管理这个明确的主题,也只有围绕 这个主题,才真正显示出其精要性、操作性,而不是一些空泛或随意的口号。 (1)我国5S应用现状: 日本丰田公司在实施5S管理取得惊人的成果后,被世界的很多企业认可。 1987年中国企业开始引进5S管理。在本国陆陆续续地开展起来,曾经有美国的 几名企业家到日本的工厂去参观,所看到的是一片整洁、整齐的工作场所,然而却被认为是为了迎客逢场做秀一下,虽然墙上挂着“”、“整顿”、“清洁”、“清理”、“素养”这些标语,也只不过是宣传口号而已。而在我国国内,5S是一种新事物,一种新的管理理念,不管是不是适合本公司,先搬来再说,至少也跟国际上先进的理念接轨了,还有一种就是感觉确实适合公司的需要,由于没有体会到其精髓所在,往往被认为搞5S就是大扫除,只知搞了5S之后,对公司的管理领域有着大大的帮助,可却迟吃不见效,除了现场变的干净点,其他什么也没有,就像人们通常说的“三日鲜”,最终不了了之,既浪费了精力又浪费了钱。 (2)国外5S应用现状: 日本企业家认为5S是企业管理的基石,5S都做不好的企业是不可能成为最优秀的企业.,日本松下公司鉴于全球化网络社会正在迅速形成,认为必须把简 洁明快的运作和明确的经营战略作为企业的根本,以一个敏锐而诚实的企业形象去面对顾客,因此又给5S赋予了新的内涵。即速度(Speed)、简洁(Simplicity)、战略(Strategy)、真诚(Sincerity)、微笑(Smile),具体含义如下: 速度(Speed)指速度和敏锐性,即要尽快达成目标,敏捷适应情况变化; 简洁(Simplicity)指无论对什么事情,都要将其简单明了地公之于众; 战略(Strategy)做预见到将来变化的战略性思考,时刻以明确的战略指导工作; 真诚(Sincerity)无论对顾客、家庭、工作还是自己,都要诚心诚意; 微笑(Smile)无论何时何地,要常常保持微笑; 从新的5S的含义中,我们不难看出5S在日本已经超越了现场管理的范畴,它的作用也不局限于现场管理,它正在影响着整个企业发展,成为一种企业文化,日本5S的管理的发展是世界管理的风向标,正在影响着整个世界。 5S管理在欧美也很盛行,许多著名的企业都在推行5S。欧美企业根据企业的特点和本国的文化,对原先的5S进行了新的定义,形成了新的企业文化,在企业现场管理中取得了巨大的成功。欧美企业在推行5S管理的时候不是生搬硬套,而是在5S原有的基础上进行了改进,使得欧美企业在推行的时候事半功倍,而且出现了6S、7S,甚至9S3。企业在推行5S的时候,使规章制度本国化,使 企业的员工更能接受,企业也就更加容易推行,总的来说,欧美企业推行5S是在自身的特点和基础上,选择了适合自己的方式,让5S在不同的企业文化之间可以发扬光大,为企业的发展做出了巨大的贡献。 (二)发展趋势: 5S是现场改善的重要手段,成为工厂管理的新潮流。随着社会的发展,企业进一步发展的需要,有的企业会在5S的基础上加上安全(SECURITY)、节约(Save)、习惯化(Shiukanka)、服务(Service)及坚持(Shikoku),形成“10S” 4 。同时由于企业的发展状况不同,5S意义也会有所差异,但是不论是几“S”,或者所代表的意义不同,他们都是日本5S发展而来的,他们都是企业其他管理的基础,一流的产品只有在井然有序的环境,安全高效的生产秩序中才能生产出来,而5S管理就是支撑这样环境秩序的基础,而关于5S的研究与实施将会备受各国企业的关注,5S管理的方法也会随着社会的发展变得更加实用和完善。 三、毕业设计(论文)研究方案及工作计划(含工作重点与难点及拟采用的途径) 1、研究方案: ? 查阅相关期刊、文献,了解5S管理方法的发展现状和必要性; ? 就5S基础理论进行详细阐述、分析; ? 结合在江阴福汇纺织股份有限公司的实习情况,实际分析研究5S管理方法在化室的推行与应用方式; ? 给出实施的具体方案,作出实施预期展望。 2、工作重点与难点: 重点是如何制定出行之有效的5S管理方法及其推行与实施的过程; 难点是由于江阴福汇纺织股份有限公司以前是一家三资企业,现在被中国纺织股份有限公司收购,公司的主要客源都是国外,并且外国公司在寻找代加工厂时,为了确保产品质量,很注重公司的生产管理水平,而江阴福汇纺织股份有限公司的经营管理不是很正规,没有建立完善的现场管理制度和5S管理体系,而且公司化室员工素质普遍偏低,这给5S方法的推行实施带来一定得难度,这需 要一段时间的教育与培养,这给刚入职的新员工来讲有点难度。 3、工作计划: 本课题的起止年限为xx年3月至xx年6月。 3月1日4月10日 搜集资料并查看国内外有关文献资料,学习相关理论知识,与导师讨论有关问题,完成论文开题报告。阅读几篇英语文献,并做简单的翻译,理清论文大体结构和框架,并完成开题报告。 4月11日5月 10日 与导师探讨,完善和与丰富论文框架撰写论文初稿并阅读论文指导书 5月11日6月 1日 完成论文初稿,修改原稿,修改原稿及分析所用理论的有效性。 6月2日6月 9日 改善结果,深入讨论,再修改文稿,导师审阅。 6月10日6月30日 论文定稿,打印,制定PPT准备答辩,进行论文答辩。 四、主要 _(不少于10篇,期刊类文献不少于7篇,应有一定数量的外文文献,至少附一篇引用的外文文献(3个页面以上)及其译文) 1 梁瑞平现代生产企业的现场管理J现场方法与实践.xx.P14 2 韦岚.生产型企业的现场管理J.xx.P49 3 陈进华.现场效率改善实战手册M.广东:海天出版社,xx. 4 刘胜军.精益生产方式现场IEM.广东:海天出版社,xx. 5 殷学芳. 浅谈标准化实验室建设成果J.xx. 6 杨萍.用现代企业管理方法促进实验室建设J.xx. 7 郭振宇.丰田生产方式和工业工程J.工业工程与管理.1998. 8 张冬梅, 张世富, 郑胜强.6S在实验中心规范化管理中的应用J.xx 9 王文生.论企业现场管理存在的问题及改进J.科技情报开发与经济.xx. 10卜家繁.工业工程在优化现场管理中的应用J. 铁道运营技术.xx 11 张正祥.工业工程基础M.北京:高等教育出版社,xx. 12 卢清波.现场管理的研究与实践M.1998. 13 郭伏,钱省三.人因工程学M.北京,机械工业出版社,1998. 14 汪应洛.工业工程基础(修订版)M.中国科学技术出版社.xx. 15 Richard B.
