Unit 3 At the zoo教材分析 本单元是本册教材的第三单元,教学内容主要是围绕学生们感兴趣的动物园里的小动物展开,共分为A、B、C三部分。A部分主要呈现四个形容词tall, short, fat, thin, 使学生能在动物园这个情景中灵活得当地使用词汇及句型:Look at Its. 来描述动物。在Lets spell 中学习字母Ii在闭音节单词中的发音,训练学生能根据其发音规则听单词读音拼出相应单词。B部分主要是继续呈现四个描述性的形容词small, big, long, short, 并通过教学活动使学生能熟练掌握这四个描述性的形容词。在 Start to read 中通过两项专项练习,训练学生的初步阅读理解能力和表达能力;Lets check部分则检测学生对本单元重点词汇,句型的掌握;Lets chant巩固重点,强化语感。C部分是拓展部分,以Story time 的形式渗透文化意识,使学生形成初步的阅读理解能力,促进学生综合语言运用能力的发展。教学重点七个描述性形容词的用法和在实际情景中灵活运用句型:Look at Its It has 来描述动物的特征,达到听、说、认读。能根据Ii在闭音节单词中的发音规则,形成记忆拼读相关词汇的能力。教学难点掌握A、B部分Lets talk中情景对话的正确表达。学生能将所学的句型根据具体的情景熟练地运用于日常生活中。另外thin的发音学生不易掌握。因此根据本单元词汇的特点课灵活运用对比法,情景法,引导学生在听听、做做、说说中掌握词汇,运用词汇;能根据三年级学生年龄段的生理和心理特点,恰当灵活地运用多媒体教学手段,设计适宜的游戏和活动,以任务型活动为中心,通过体验、实践、讨论、合作、探究等方式,提高学生的学习兴趣,激发他们的学生潜能,发展他们的听、说、认读和表达能力。教学目标 知识目标1. 能听、说、认读A、B部分Lets learn中的三会单词:tall, short, fat, thin, small, big, long 和Lets talk中的三会句型:Its It has.2. 能听懂Lets do中的指令,并根据指令作出相应动作。3. 能掌握字母Ii在闭音节单词中的发音,训练学生能根据其发音规则听单词读音拼出相应单词4. 理解Start to read,Lets chant 和Lets play等部分的内容,并在这几项活动中巩固本单元词汇和句式,达到灵活运用。5. 了解Story time的内容,能在图片的帮助下听懂、读懂英语故事,并能分角色表演故事。 能力目标1. 能在实际情景中灵活得当地使用词汇及句型:Look at Its. Wow! Its so tall. A bear! Ha! Its short and fat!并能在实际情景中熟练运用。2. 能运用本课句式来介绍动物的特征,并能在实际生活中灵活准确的使用句型来描述动物的特征。3. 在Draw and say活动中运用新的语言进行语言交际。4. 激发学生的学习兴趣,在描述小动特征的过程中让学生感受到动物的可爱,教育学生要爱护动物,尊重生命。教学重难点重点:句子Look at that giraffe. Wow!
