台风应急行动计划Emergency Action Plan for Typhoon I. 信息报告 Weather Information一、 宾客服务中心负责监看有关的天气预报,如果台风将会影响到本地,必须马上通知康乐部经理跟进。Guest Service should focus on weather information every day; any information about typhoon which will influence hotel needs report to SPA manager.二、 康乐部经理,一旦接收到宾客服务中心提供的信息后应当采取的以下行动:打开相关的网址查看台风路径,如果天气预报显示台风移动路径将影响本地,康乐部经理要及时通知:总经理, 行政委员会及各部门负责人。After receiving the typhoon information, SPA manager should take following actions immediately: check the weather information from related weather website, if the information is true, SPA manager should report this to GM, Excoms and DHS immediately.II. 组织与指挥Organization and Command接到台风预警后,立即成立以总经理为组长,行政助理经理、财务总监、人力资源总监、销售总监、餐饮总监、工程总监、保安经理、前厅经理、客房经理、行政总厨、市场传讯经理、康体部经理为组员, “酒店防台风应急领导小组”负责防台风期间的领导和协调工作。各部门根据需要组成各自的应急小组,以便执行各自部门的“防台风应急计划”。Hotel should found an “Emergency and Crisis Team” to take precautions against typhoon, and GM should be the team leader. Each individual department also should found a team to carry out the “Emergency and Crisis Plan for Typhoon”. III.各部门行动计划Action Plan for Each Individual Department 前厅部 Front Office前厅部抗台风责任人为:前厅部经理 Team Leader: Front Office Manager一、 宾客服务经理Guest Service Manager1) 在得知台风预报时,前厅部将安排所有宾客服务经理当班After the information was confirmed, all Guest Service Manager should be on duty.2) 检查各部门人员和设备状况,确保前厅部工作能够顺畅运转Check all the facilities and staff to make sure that front office can run smoothly.3) 检查各部门防台风预案准备与执行情况,确保前厅部已经做好抗台风准备.Check each section if they are ready for preventing typhoon to make sure that front office get ready.4) 通知酒店客人有关天气预测情况(要严格按照总经理的指示)在酒店大堂设置告示牌,及时更新台风最新情况。Update the weather information to guests under the command of GM, set notice board at lobby, and update the weather information time by time. 5) 根据台风天气风向的改变,应依照当时的住房率,制定好计划来转移酒店受台风影响房间的客人。According to the newest weather information and occupancy, hotel should make an action plan to transfer hotel guest to reduce the influence.6) 根据台风影响程度的大小,向酒店客人说明情况并提出建议。according to the size of the impact of the typhoon, Explain the situation and make recommendations to hotel guests7) 在台风天气影响期间,严格要求每位客人及员工都不能靠近窗户及玻璃幕墙。如果风速超过每小时60-70英里(八级及八级以上的台风),要确保所有人都不停留在大堂区域,以免被玻璃碎片划伤。如果台风影响的情况严重,所有人都必须暂时停留在与台风实际风向相反的区域。During the typhoon weather, all of guest and employees are not allow to close to the window and glass curtain wall. Including (Departure Report, Arrival Report, Guest in House by Name, Guest in House by Room, House Status By Room, Open Balance, Trace Report Message Report)宾客服务中心GUEST SERVICE CENTER1)宾客服务中心在得知有台风时,应及时通知前厅部经理 guest service center should report to the Front Office Manager promptly if there is typhoon forecast.1) 宾客服务中心应向客人提供及时准确的天气状况信息,安抚客人情绪 Guest service center should provide weather information to guest on time, so that pacify the guests 2) 宾客服务中心应随时与各部门保持及时与密切的沟通,任何意外情况及时通相关部门,并向酒店管理层汇报Guest Services Center must be keep in close contact and communication with various departments, any accident must be inform relevant departments, and report to the management of the hotel.3) 当情况紧急需要通知客人撤离或转移时,宾客服务中心必须通知到每一个住店客人。如有客房无人接听,须做好记录并及时通知管家部去房间查看When the situation is urgent need to inform the guest of evacuation or transfer, the guest service center must be notified to each guests. At this point, key of the baggage room is kept by concierge .6) 当需要撤离客人时,礼宾部员工应协助保安部和客房部撤离客人。 When emergency evacuate , the concierge should assist the Security and housekeeping department to evacuate guests.7) 当接到指示需要撤离时,应关闭设备。将本部门重要文件,票据及备用金存入保险箱。钥匙及车辆钥匙将由礼宾司保管。 When received instructions to evacuate, you should turn off the device. Important documents of the department, notes and petty cash stored in the safe.
