Cnee SSN reqd for shpts over USD2000. Comml clothing Informal /duty free samples must be mutilated & less than USD2000, otherwise duties apply-need “mutilated“ stated on CI. Fabric/Fabric samples must be 8x8 or max 2yards marked/mutilated under USD250 to be duty free. No Quota/Visa reqd for comml shpts fr WTO countries. No Visa reqd for all“marked“ clothing up to USD800, duties apply. Comml shpr must include on CI complete addrs of MFG of textile & apparel products. U.K.:For shipments containing Textile Products, the following paperwork requirements apply: Airwaybill, Invoice, Certificate Of Origin and an Import License (where appropriate) FRANCE:Imp license may be required if goods manufactured outside EFTA ctries. Cert of Orig must also be provided for textile products. For sample shpts, no license is required and duty/taxes may not be assessed by Customs if the items-shoes or textile products- are properly mutilated or marked SAMPLES with indelible ink by shipper at origin. In this case, shippers invoice to indicate the fact that the contents are mutilated or marked samples GERMANY: Certificate of origin always necessary. Itemized certificates of origin necessary re all countries involved, if invoices indicates more than one origin. Exception (valid only if consignee is a textile-company): If Proforma Inv clearly indicates “Sample only, not for re-sale“, AND value is below Euro 250 or equivalent currency.,Clearance documents checklist 纺织品清关单证注意事项,Spain:Origin certificate is always necessary. Asiatic countries need a certificate of origin. Exception: If pro-forma invoice clearly indicates MUTILATED SAMPLES NOT FOR SALE, and value is under 22 EUR or equivalent currency, clearance is same day without any additional customs costs. For the rest of the shipments, expect additional delays and expenses FINLAND: A certificate of origin is required for textile shipments ITALY:Clear description, fiber content, quantity and value breakdown required. For carpets: invoice must show exact description, size, fiber content, type of manifacturing (if handmade or not); delays up to 48 hrs. NETHERANDS:For shpts over USD 65, non-EC orig, form “A“/CoO/EUR cert required TURKEY:Quota Certificate is necessary for the textiles which are sent from specific countries. Each commodity above 50 kg & not subject to Quota Certificate: Exporter Registry Form approved by Turkish Consulate at origin is necessary from cnor and accordingly Registration Certificate from Textile Union is necessary from cnee. If the origin country is a member of EU, shipments should be sent witn ATR cert.If the origin country is a member of EFTA, shipments shouldbe sent with EUR 1 cert.If shipments are sent from out of EU &EFTA, Certificate of Origin must be sent with shipments. AUSTRIA:Certificate of origin required. Exception: If commercial value including freight charges is less then 835,- EUR. SWITZERLAND: If over 20kgs (44lbs), import licence required.
