My friends and I ,困惑2. 阅读文章长而多。,对策: 1)分程度掌握:背诵、熟读、理解; 2)改编成对话表演, 新教材缺乏歌曲,游戏,对话表演,小学毕业的学生很不适应、缺乏兴趣; 3)放慢进度; 4)忌过多解释词法、句法和语法。,困惑3. 语法的难度,新教材教材并没有提高语法的难度,根据每一个单元围绕一个话题和一个中心任务对语法顺序做了调整。不追求一步到位。由于牛津初中英语的语言地道,贴近生活的一些语言出现语法超前出现的现象,学生增加了一些学习难度。 对策: 教师应该对照课程标准的要求和学生的实际接受能力对这些语言现象不作处理或暂时不作处理(而仅作为对以后正式学习的铺垫)。 对学有余力的同学进行一些补充。,困惑4. 听力内容起点高,对策: 1)用英语教学 2)复述 3)听大意 4)用英文解释听写单词 5)早读课听力练习,举办“英语周”.,困惑5. 一开始测试成绩家长接受不了,题型及难易程度把握不好.,对策: 1)评价应该有利于促进教师的教和学生的学。所出的试题难度要合适,这种考试对学生的学习的确会有促进作用。 2)考试应该能让绝大部分学生获得成功的喜悦,同时给学习成绩好的学生留有发挥的空间。 3)初一初二以过程性评价为主.(平时小报+听写+背书+值日
