Background Information,1 UNHCR 联合国难民署 UNHCR was founded in Desember 14 1950 by the UN Assembly and started its program in January1 1951. UNHCR aims at helping the homeless all over the world by providing the life necessity as tents, food, water and medicine at emergent situations.,5,UNHCR has 6540 staff workers in 116 countries and provide protection and assistance for 19.2 million refugees and people of concerned.
