But as you become older, this becomes annoying. You dont want your roommate in the bedroom to know your secrets and laugh at you. Thus its time for you to stop sleep talking. Childhood sleep talking can be considered the result of a playful time. But if you are having this problem as an adult, then it can be due to lack of proper sleep, anxiety and stress which are quite common in the busy life that youre living today. Luckily, there are many things you can do to control sleep talking. For example, take a good rest because it means there should be no disturbance within the sleep. Sleep in a place where no sound will be able to reach you. Dont take a heavy dinner before going to sleep. Its better to have a period of at least one hour between the dinner and the time when you go to sleep.,Following a healthy diet is also a good idea. You should control your intake(摄入量) of wine and caffeine to see better results. Whats more, you can increase your sleeping time and always go to sleep at the same time every day. This will make you sleep deeper and will also help you stop sleep talking. Also you need to try to relax as much as possible, because too much stress wont let you stop sleep talking.
