information flows well in this team information flows well between this team and other teams i often do not know whom to contact when i encounter problems in my work information flow in our company is too formal information is most often spread through rumours and other unofficial channels at my workplace top management gives enough information on most important matters prerequisites for working the tools used in our team are adequate the social environment (staff facilities like lunch rooms, dressing rooms, rest rooms etc) at my workplace are in adequate condition the working environment is given enough attention (the general matters related to working environment e.g. ergonomics, safety etc. taken into account) my work environment is safe ahlstrom does not give its staff enough training people are well inducted into new tasks in our department training provided by ahlstrom is of high quality organisation and guidance of work top management interferes too often in the work of our team human errors are not understood at my workplace activities are hampered by too much bureaucracy and formality in our company results of work are usually judged too harshly work is poorly controlled at our workplace i cannot make decisions about my work independently enough my supervisor controls the work of his/her staff too much it is often unclear who is responsible for making a certain decision recognition and rewards the most competent people usually advance most quickly in their careers in our company good work is not rewarded in a motivating way in our company my supervisor acknowledges good performance our company rewards good work fairly my supervisor encourages employees who want to develop their skills and careers my salary is competitive efficiency and flexibility decision-making in our company is efficient tradition and habit prevent change in the company the quality of the work and services of our team is high our team works efficiently there are usually no serious problems in our team in our team, old methods are preferred to trying new ones staff accept the changes in work quickly in our team we can easily deal with temporary work overload there is often resistance to changes in our team work is well organised in our team management and leadership when decisions are made in the company, the opinion of the people affected is usually asked the relationship between supervisors and staff is too distant in our team if i disagree with anything, i can freely express my opinion to my immediate supervisor my supervisor regularly relies on the knowledge and experience of his/her team when making decisions my supervisor trusts his/her staff my supervisor understands that members of staff may sometimes have personal difficulties my immediate supervisor is competent my supervisor often does not tell me things i need to know in order to do my work properly people in our team have the opportunity to participate and make suggestions co-operation there is competition between different teams, which is counterproductive interpersonal relationships are good in our company there is no friction in the relations of our team with other teams there is a good team spirit in the company too few of us want to take personal responsibility there are no unnecessary absences in the company colleagues do not trust each other enough in our team, conflicts between people are not dealt with constructively job motivation tasks given to me are not demanding enough my contribution is important to the success of the company i have recently thought of looking for work with another employer i am well aware of the goals and objectives of the company i can influence my own work objectives my work is challenging and interesting my present job is mentally taxing and causes stress i enjoy working here image of employer i think the companys recent development has been in the right direction the values and objectives of our company are worth aiming for our company is a secure employer our company treats its employees fairly the company is regarded highly as an employer i would recommend our company as an employer our company is
