各位亲，店主今天抽时间将 MBAMPAA 复试情况进行一个总 结，希望对大家有用。 谢谢支持哦！记得好评哦！ 1、关于复试的总体情况 1、复试主要考察考生三个方面的情况。一是英文水平；二是考察考生的管理能 力、管理潜质、决策能力、实际解决问题的能力。三是政治素养（部分学校不 考察） 。 2、复试的形式。 （1）个人面试 面试内容： 测评考生工作、学习背景； 时政； 英语口语及听力； 管理知识（MPAcc 会考察会计专业知识） ； 综合素质。 （2）无领导小组面试。 （比如2014年3月2日河海大学调剂复试采用也采用这 种方式） 考生按照一定人数编排成组，并根据所提供的案例或商辩材料的内容进行 小组讨论，由评委进行评估。具体流程如下：阅读案例或商辩材料；阐述 观点及自由辩论； 举例：2014 年 3 月南京财经大学调剂调剂面试通知： 1、英文水平（20分） 首先是一分钟自我介绍（英文） 。其次是阅读英文材料，并就短文内容回答1-2 个问题。 2、 管理综合素质（100分） 包括自我介绍，面试老师的提问两个环节。主要是考察考生的管理能力、管理 潜质、决策能力、实际解决问题的能力。 考生将从面试题库中抽取一道管理问题。结合管理理论与自己的工作实际解 释、分析，并回答老师提问。 3、当然每个学校复试的情况不同，选择的形式也不同，也有的学校比较简单， 比如3月8日南京林业大学的复试，一共5-10分钟，3个面试老师（1个英语老师， 2个专业老师） ，内容包括一分钟英文自我介绍，一个英文问题（比如职业规划） ； 然后就问了几个管理基础的知识点。 二、关于调剂 调剂很重要，调剂千万不要等到国家线出来。参考你报考学校去年的分数 线和报考人数的对比，估计今年的分数线，如果危险，最好早点着手准备调剂。 调剂一定要主动，MBA 的调剂还是比较多多的,MPA 相对少一点，找2-3所重 点的学校密切关注，其他的相关学校也要关注，关注包括打电话问 MPA/MBA 中 心老师，咨询今年有无可能有调剂，另外养成习惯每天点击学校 MPA/MBA 的网 站，记住是学校 MPA/MBA 的网站，很多学校的调剂信息只内部公布学校网站， 外面人不知道。 积极主动才能抓住机会。比如今年3月份江苏这一块，已经有河海大学、南 京农业大学、南京林业大学、南京邮电大学有调剂信息，部分学校已经进行过 复试了。联系晚了，你分数在高，水平再好也没有了。 记住，调剂先到先得。 三、复试准备 1、着装。最好是正装，带领带。 2、材料准备。身份证、准考证、学历证、学位证 （原件和复印件都要，最 好自己复印） 。另外记得带一支笔，面试过程中要用到，比如填材料，无领导小 组的发言准备等。 四、英文口语+听力 1、听力。两种题型，一是填空，二是选择。不要太担心，都很简单。 2、英语自我介绍。很重要。最好自己根据自己实际情况准备。 店主自己的自我介绍： Good morning,Im so glad to be here for this interview.
