6、生动的层面让我们理解新时期的形式、任务，向我们描述了几代领导人坚定的党性，力挽狂澜的光辉形象，同时也向我们展示了伟人朴素、平凡的生活，从我们熟知的大事讲起，引导我们理解国家的发展方向、方针政策。这些主题蕴含的思想高度与深度若非理论研究透彻的专家学者是无法担当的。主题各异，内容精彩，再加上主讲人热情投入，眼球被深深吸引，深感自己知识面的欠缺，大脑就像海绵一样使劲吸取。不敢妄称水平提高了很多，但开阔眼界，转换思维方式绝对是上了一个台阶，这些提高对工作的帮助是潜移默化的。还有就是在小组讨论中，对既定的主题，成员们各抒己见，互相切磋，集思广益，彼此之间能相互吸纳思想、观点，这也是拓宽知识面的一条捷径。
