2.2TheEmployeeshallperformtheLaborServicesattheWorkplacespecifiedbytheEmployer.

2.3TheEmployeeshallcomplywiththeEmployer'sinternalregulationsandstandardsintheperformanceoftheLaborServices.

3.DurationoftheContract

3.1ThedurationofthisContractshallbe______months,startingfromthedateofthisContract.

4.SalaryandBenefits

5.TerminationoftheContract

(2)UpontheterminationoftheemploymentrelationshipbyeitherpartyduetotheEmployee'sviolationofthelawsandregulationsortheEmployer'sinternalregulations;

(3)UpontheterminationoftheemploymentrelationshipduetotheEmployee'sdeathordisability;

(4)Upontheterminationoftheemploymentrelationshipbymutualagreementbetweenbothparties.

6.Confidentiality

6.1TheEmployeeshallkeepconfidentialanyandallinformationoftheEmployerobtainedduringthetermofthisContract.

6.2TheEmployeeshallnotuseanyconfidentialinformationforpersonalgainordisclosesuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheEmployer.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.1ThisContractshallbegovernedbythelawsofthePeople'sRepublicofChina.

7.2AnydisputesarisingfromtheexecutionofthisContractshallberesolvedthroughfriendlynegotiationbetweenbothparties.Ifthenegotiationfails,thepartiesmaysubmitthedisputetothePeople'sCourtwithjurisdictionovertheEmployer'sregisteredplaceofbusinessforadjudication.

8.Attachments

8.1ThisContractisaccompaniedbythefollowingattachments,whichareanintegralpartofthisContract:

(2)ApproveorrejectanychangestotheprojectscopeorspecificationsproposedbythePrincipalContractororSubcontractor;

(3)TakelegalactionagainstthePrincipalContractororSubcontractorforanybreachoftheContract.

5.2TheEmployershallbeobligatedto:

(1)PaythePrincipalContractorfortheservicesrenderedinaccordancewiththeagreedpaymentscheduleandterms;

(2)ProvidethePrincipalContractorwiththenecessaryinformationandresourcestomanagetheprojecteffectively;

(3)EnsurethatthePrincipalContractorandSubcontractoraretreatedfairlyandhaveaccesstotheprojectsiteasneeded.

6.Employer's违约及限制条款

6.1IntheeventofabreachoftheContractbytheEmployer,theSubcontractorshallhavetherightto:

(1)Demandimmediatepaymentforworkalreadyperformed;

(2)TerminatetheContractwithimmediateeffect;

(3)Pursuelegalremediesforanylossesincurredasaresultofthebreach.

6.2TheEmployershallberestrictedfrom:

(1)UnreasonablydelayingpaymenttothePrincipalContractor,whichmayimpacttheSubcontractor'sabilitytoperform;
