b.AgentshallnotuseanyofPrincipal'sintellectualpropertyrightswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofPrincipal.

6.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

a.ThisAgreementshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof_______.

6.Principal'sRightsandInterestProtection

b.PrincipalshallhavetherighttoreceiveashareoftheprofitsgeneratedbytheServices.

7.TerminationandConsequences
