5.DeliveryandAcceptance

6.WarrantiesandLiability

PartyAshallbeliableforanydefectsordeficienciesintheservices/productsprovidedunderthisContract.PartyBshallnotifyPartyAofanydefectsordeficiencieswithin[NumberofDays]daysfromthedateofdiscovery,andPartyAshallrectifythedefectsordeficiencieswithin[NumberofDays]daysfromthedateofnotification.

7.Confidentiality

8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction
