2.DurationoftheContract

3.ClubMembership

3.1PartyBshallbegrantedmembershipintheclubestablishedbyPartyA.

3.3PartyBshallcomplywiththeclubrulesandregulationsassetforthbyPartyA.

4.RightsandObligations

4.2PartyBshallcomplywiththefollowingobligations:

-Paythemembershipfeewithinthespecifiedpaymentperiod;

-Abidebytheclubrulesandregulations;

-Provideaccurateandcompleteinformationforthepurposeofclubmanagement;

-UtilizetheservicesandresourcesprovidedbyPartyAinaccordancewiththetermsofthisContract.

5.Confidentiality

BothPartyAandPartyBagreetomaintainconfidentialityofallinformationobtainedthroughtheClub,andshallnotdiscloseanysuchinformationtoanythirdpartywithoutthepriorwrittenconsentoftheotherParty.

6.DisputeResolution

IntheeventofanydisputearisingfromorinconnectionwiththisContract,thePartiesagreetoattempttoresolvethedisputeamicablythroughnegotiations.Ifthedisputecannotberesolvedthroughnegotiations,thePartiesshallsubmitthedisputeto[nameofarbitrationinstitution]forarbitrationinaccordancewithitsrules.

7.GoverningLawandJurisdiction

4.RightsandObligationsofPartyB

5.RightsandObligationsofPartyA

-ApproveordenymembershipapplicationssubmittedbyPartyB;

-Enforcetherulesandregulationsoftheclubtomaintainthequalityandintegrityofthemembership;

5.2PartyAshallbeobligatedto:

-ProvidePartyBwiththeservicesandbenefitsasdescribedintheContract;

-EnsurethesmoothoperationoftheclubandthefulfillmentofPartyC'sservices;

-MonitorandevaluatetheperformanceofPartyCandensurethequalityofservicedelivery.

6.FeesandPaymentTerms
