5.AssignmentandTransfer

TheheadingsinthisContractareforconvenienceonlyandshallnotaffecttheinterpretationofanyofitsprovisions.
7.Notice
AnynoticeorothercommunicationrequiredorpermittedtobegivenunderthisContractshallbeinwritingandshallbedeemedtohavebeendulygivenwhendeliveredtothepartyatitsaddressassetforthaboveorsuchotheraddressasmayhereafterbefurnishedinwritingbysuchpartytotheotherparty.

5.1PartyBshallfacilitatethesmoothexecutionofthisContractbetweenPartyAandThirdParty.
5.2PartyBshallensurethatthetermsandconditionsofthisContractarestrictlyadheredtobybothPartyAandThirdParty.
6.PartyB'sLimitations
6.1PartyBshallnotbeliableforanybreachofthisContractbyThirdParty.
6.2PartyBshallnotinterferewiththerelationshipbetweenPartyAandThirdPartyunlessrequiredbylaworwiththepriorwrittenconsentofbothparties.
7.ThirdParty'sRightsandObligations
7.1ThirdPartyhastherighttoreceivepaymentforthe[services/products]providedinaccordancewiththisContract.
