a.NeitherpartyshallbeliableforanyfailureordelayintheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractduetoanycausebeyonditsreasonablecontrol,includingbutnotlimitedtoactsofGod,war,strike,labordisputes,orgovernmentregulations.

b.Intheeventofforcemajeure,theaffectedpartyshallpromptlynotifytheotherpartyinwriting,andtheperformanceofitsobligationsunderthisContractshallbesuspendedforthedurationoftheforcemajeure.

8.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution:

a.ThisContractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsof[Jurisdiction].
