应用质量,使其具备持久、良好的建筑物理性能、安全性能及使用功能,特制定本规范。1.0.2本规范中建筑门窗系指:1住宅建筑用外门、外窗;2住宅建筑用户门;3住宅建筑首层出入口的单元门。1.0.3本规范适用于在北京市行政区域内新建、改建、扩建的住宅建筑中使用的建筑门窗。1.0.4建筑门窗的设计、材料选择、生产、安装施工及工程质量验收应进行全过程的质量控制。1.0.5建筑门窗物设计、生产、安装施工及工程质量验收除应符合本规范外,尚应符合国家及本市相关标准、规范和规定。12术语GB5823、GB5824确立的以及下列术语和定义适用于本规范。2.0.1外窗:有一个面朝向室外的窗。2.0.2外门:有一个面朝向室外的门。23建筑门窗用材料技术要求3.1一般规定建筑门窗材料技术要求除应符合本规范外,尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定和本市相关标准的规定。3.2建筑外门、外窗型材3.2.1铝合金门窗型材:a.应符合GB/T5237.1《铝合金建筑型材第1部分基材》;GB/T5237.2《铝合金建筑型材第2部分阳极氧化、着色型材》;GB/T5237.3—2000《铝合金型材第4部分粉末喷涂型材》;GB/T5237.5《铝合金建筑型材第5部分氟碳漆喷涂型材》中的规定。b.受力构件(指参与受力和传力的杆件)应经试验或计算确定,其未经表面处理的型材最小实测壁厚:窗应≥1.4mm,门应≥2.0mm。c.表面处理:铝合金建筑型材表面应符合表3.2.1的规定。表3.2.1品种阳极氧化、着色铝合金建筑型材电泳喷漆铝合金建筑型材粉末喷涂铝合金建筑型材氟碳漆喷涂铝合金建筑型材厚度AA15B级40~120μm≥30μm注:有特殊处要求的按GB/T5237选择3.2.2门、窗用未增塑聚氯乙烯(PVC—U)型材:应符合GB/T8814《门窗框用硬聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材》的确良规定,同时须满足下列要求。a.气候老化性能:暴露4000h后,其颜色变化△E≤5;△b≤3;b.可焊性(平均值)≥35Nmm2;最小测试值≥30Nmm2;c.弯曲弹性模量≥2200Mpa;d.低温落锤冲击性能;在1.0m高度下,锤体质量1Kg,型材可视面破裂个数≤1个;e.主型材两个相对最大可视面的加热尺寸变化率为±2.0每个试样两可视面的加热尺寸变化3率之差应≤0.4辅型材的加热尺寸变化率为±3.0;f.维卡软化温度按B法要求进行,为75℃;g.主型材可视面最小壁厚:平开门窗≥2.5mm,推拉门窗≥2.3mm;h.主型材断面应具有独立的保温(隔声)腔室、增强钢腔室及排水腔室。3.2.3铝塑复合、铝木复合材料门窗型材应具有良好的物理机械性能、加工工艺性能及装饰性能,用其制作的建筑之门、外窗的物理性能及使用功能应符合本规范中对建筑外门、外窗的规定。3.2.4采用断冷桥技术制作的金属门窗型材应具有良好的物理机械性能、加工工艺性能及装饰性能,用其制作的建筑外门、外窗的物理性能及使用功能应符合本规范中对建筑外门、外窗的规定。3.2.5玻璃纤维增强塑料(玻璃钢)门窗型材应具有良好的物理机械性能、加工工艺性能及装饰性能,用其制作的建筑外门、外窗的建筑物理性能及功能应符合本规范中对建筑外门、外窗的规定。3.2.6木门窗材质应符合JG/T122《建筑木门、木窗》标准及相关标准的规定。3.2.7彩色涂层钢板门窗型材应符合JG/T115标准的规定。3.3户门、单元门材料薄钢板材料应符合GB17565标准的规定。a.门框材料厚度不应小于2mm。b.所有金属及木质构件表面均应进行防腐处理,漆层应有防锈底漆,漆层表面应无气泡和漆渣。3.4建筑门窗五金件3.4.1建筑门窗采用的五金件除应符合本规范要求外,尚应符合现行国家标准及行业标准的规定。3.4.2建筑门窗采用的五金件应具有足够的强度,启闭灵活、无噪声,满足使用功能要求、环保要求和耐蚀性要求。其表面质量应具有良好的耐候性,手触部位表面应具有良好的耐磨性。3.4.3建筑门窗与墙体连接件、PVC塑料窗增强型钢、建筑外窗用副框的材质应符合GB716《碳素结构钢冷轧钢带》的规定,其最小壁厚:门≥2.0mm;窗≥1.5mm;副框≥1.5mm。43.4.4PVC塑料门窗增强型钢横截面为开口形状,其表面镀层应符合GB/T9799《金属覆盖层钢件上的锌电镀层》电镀锌处理的规定,其镀层厚应≥8μm;增强型钢截面为封闭形状,内外表面应进行热镀锌处理,其锌层厚度:外表面≥8μm;内表面≥6μm。3.4.5户门的五金件在规定荷载条件下,反复启闭次数应不少于10万次,且启闭无异常,使用无障碍。建筑外门、外窗的五金件在规定荷载条件下,反复启闭次娄应不小于3万次,且启闭无异常,使用无障碍。3.4.6防盗安全门的门铰链与门扇连接处,在6000N压力作用下,门框与门扇之间不应产生大于8mm的位移。3.4.7防盗安全门的锁具应符合GA/T73中A级别机械防盗锁的规定。3.5建筑门窗密封材料3.5.1建筑门窗用密封材料除应符合本规范规定外,尚应符合现行国家标准及行业标准的规定,并近功能要求、使用范围、型材构造尺寸选用。a.用于安装玻璃的密封材料应选用橡胶系列密封条或硅酮建筑密封胶。其中橡胶系列密封条的物理性能应符合GB/T12002《塑料门窗用密封条》标准中寒冷地区的规定;硅酮建筑密封胶应符合GB/T14683《硅酮建筑密封膏》的规定。b.框扇间用密封条应选用橡胶系列密封条或经过硅化处理密封毛条。其中橡胶系列密封条的物理性能应符合GB/T12002《塑料门窗用密封条》标准中寒冷地区的规定;密封毛条的空气渗透性能、机械性能及尺寸允许偏差应符合JC/T635《建筑门窗密封毛条技术条件》标准中优等品的规定。3.5.2填充建筑外门、外窗与洞口之间的伸缩缝内腔以及副框与洞口之间的伸缩缝内腔,应采用聚氨酯发泡密封胶等隔热隔声材料。3.5.3密封建筑外门、外窗的室外防雨水槽必须采用中性硅酮系列密封胶,不得采用丙烯酸密封膏。3.5.4带副框的建筑门窗,其相连接处应采用硅酸系列密封胶。3.6建筑门窗玻璃3.6.1建筑门窗用玻璃的外观和性能应符合现行国家标准和行业标准规定。53.6.2中空玻璃应符合现行国家标准《中空玻璃》GB/T11944的有关规定。密封胶层厚度:单道密封胶层厚度为10±2mm;双道密封外层密封胶层厚度为5~7mm;胶条密封胶层厚度为8±2mm。3.6.3中空玻璃性能应符合表3.6.3规定
