161.生活给水系统给水系统因其层数多、竖向高度大、为了防止建筑的底层配水点的静水压力过高,需要竖向分区。竖向分区指沿建筑的垂直方向,依次将其合理地划分为多个供水区域,且每个供水区具有其完整的给水系统。国内外在高层建筑给水设计中,大多都是以给水分区的最低层配水点处的最大允许静水压力值为依照来竖向分区。据规定:各个分区的最低卫生器具的配水点处静水压不宜大于0.45MPa,在特殊情况下不宜大于0.25MPa。根据规范的要求,并结合综合楼F座层数、功能、设备层位置及室外供水压力,将该建筑在竖向上分为3个供水区,低区为-1~4层;中区为5~15层;高区为16~24层。1.1生活用水量计算建筑生活用水量是生活给水系统设计计算的基本参数之一。它的选用是否恰当、合理,对给水系统的建设投资和运行使用都有很大影响。高层建筑的生活用水量应根据国家现行《建筑给水排水设计规范》中规定的生活用水定额、时变化系数,并结合设计条件中给出的用水单位数,按下式通过计算确定。QdQℎQdm代表用水单位数、人数或者床位数等,工业企业建筑为每班人数;qdQ--代表最大小时用水量,L/h;Kℎ-代表建筑物用水时间,工业企业建筑每班用水公共建筑的生活用水定额以及小时变化系数表3-1用水单位数根据设计条件并参考以下条件决定:办公室办公人数:按有效面积内5~6平方米/人。商场人数:按营业面积5~6平方米/顾客。餐厅就餐人员:按床位数的80%~60%计,每日2餐计。根据设计原始资料、建筑性质和卫生器具设置完善程度,本设计建筑用水量标准和用水人数单位数计算如下:餐厅总面积为564㎡,按80%床位计算,餐厅日用餐数为564×2×80%=313人,用水定额25L/人.次,时变化系数为1.3,使用时长为12h,最大日用水量7825L/d.最大小时用水量为847.7L/h.商场总面积为1036㎡,按6㎡/人。办公室共173人,取使用时长12h,小时变化系数为1.3,用水定额7L/人.次,办公室最大日用水量为173×7=1211L/d,最大小时用水量131L/h.办公室总面积为732㎡,按6㎡/顾客。办公室共122人,取使用时长10h,小时变化系数为1.3,用水定额取40L/人.次,办公室日用水单位数为122×40=4880L/d,最大日用水量634.4L/h.综上,建筑生活用水量统计如下:Qd=7.825+1.211+4.88×20+10.327=116.963m³Qh=0.8477+0.131+0.6344×20+1.34251=15.0m³2水泵、水箱并联给水方式的设计计算3.1给水方案的确定分区无水箱供水方式是高层建筑中较常采用的供水方式。这种供水方式是分区设置了变速水泵或者多台并联水泵,根据水泵出水量或水压来调节水泵转速或运行台数。本建筑设计在竖向上分为3个供水区,各区的供水方式如下:地下-1~4层为低区,由市政管网直接供水。5~15层为中区,中区水泵机组设置在地下室设备间,中区采用下行上给的管道布置形式。16~24层为高区,高区水泵设在地下室设备间内,24层立管穿越23层直接接22层横支管。3.2水池、水表及水箱的计算1.水池容积的确定高层建筑的生活给水系统,应能保证生活用水的充分、安全、可靠。因此,在市政供水管网不能满足建筑用水量需求,且又不能直接从室外管网抽水时,应设置贮水池。贮水池的容积应该根据用水对象的需求,结合市政供水的可靠程度确定。贮水池生活调节容积可按下式计算:Vy=(Qb(Qb-QgVyQbQgTbTt消防贮水容积应根据《高层建筑防火规范》确定。工程中,常常会由于资料不因较难的按照以上来确定贮水池的生活贮水容积。此时,可以采用建筑日用水量的百分数估算生活贮水量,通常可取日用水量的20%~25%,最大不得大于48h的用水量。为保证生活用水水质,本设计建筑生活贮水池独立设置,由于低区由市政供水,故生活贮水池容积取中、高区日用水量的25%,则生活贮水有效容积为:V=25%x(63.440×20+10.327)=25%*1279=320m³将生活贮水池设置在地下2层的设备间内,水池为钢筋混凝土结构,内壁贴瓷砖,几何尺寸为:20.0m(长)x10.0m(宽)x2.0m(高),总容积为20x10x2=400m。2.水表的选择水表的选择须要确定水表的类型及口径,水表的类型应该根据水表的特性和通过水表里的水质、水量、水温、水压等条件选择。水表的口径,在通过的水量较均匀时,通过水表的设计流量不大于水表的公称流量,如果通过的水量不均匀时,可按照设计流量不大于水表的最大流量来确定水表口径。并应该校核水表通过设计流量的时侯,其水头损失,应满足表3-2规定。表3-2本设计中,由两根DN150mm的引入管将市政给水引入建筑内,按每条引入管内流速为1.0m/s,估算每根引入管的流量为68.4m/h选用LXL80水平螺翼式水表,公称直径为80mm,最大流量为80m/h,公称流量40m/h。水流经过水表的水头损失为:HB=68.4
