5.2PartyAshallhavetherighttoinspecttheGoodsatthepointofmanufactureoranyotherlocationagreeduponbythepartiesbeforeshipment.

5.3PartyAshallhavetherighttoterminatethisContract,inwholeorinpart,ifPartyBfailstocomplywiththetermsandconditionsofthisContract.

6.RightsandObligationsofPartyB

6.2PartyBshallprovidetechnicalassistanceandsupporttoPartyAduringtheinstallation,operation,andmaintenanceoftheGoods.

7.RightsandObligationsofPartyC
